Beschreibung
We are a 16 key resort in Nubra valley- 4 hours drive up from Leh. There are roughly 30 full time staff to work with us in different fields, all geared towards ensuring the best experience for guests who come to stay with us.
As volunteers we are looking for passionate, congenial individuals to work in fields such as
- yoga
- photography
- guest experience management
- artists
- farm management
We are a small close knit group, and look forward to meeting like-minded people.
Note- We also can work on paid projects, depending on volunteer performance and mutual understanding . This would be a longer term arrangement -

We invite young, passionate people to come learn about Ladakh and what we offer to our guests. In return, we offer clean comfortable lodging. Apart from a diverse group of people working at the resort, we attract interesting guests from the world over, exposing you to different ideas and ways of life while living at an idyllic village.
We are happy to open our world to them, while also learning from their experiences. -
