Help needed mainly in May, June, July and August 2014. We are an English centre based in Linares, Spain. We are an English school but we also offer outdoor and English activities at weekends and a summer camp program in June and July. We aim to make the camps open to all children, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We want to provide everyone with the same opportunities. We are looking for volunteers to help with the programs. See below for more details, please make contact with us as early as possible.

We are looking for fun people who can run sports activities, games, crafts and other enjoyable activities. You will work with small groups of children to provide the activities we have planned (and contribute your own if you want). No qualifications are needed, just experience in working with children and two references. The camps are designed to be fun and completely in English, so no Spanish required. We want to immerse the children in English and fun - if you have a positive personality then you will have a fantastic time and find it very rewarding. We have different camps for children aged 2 - 15 years, some day camps and some residential - we can discuss your age preferences. In return for your work we offer accommodation, food, participation in the adventurous activities we offer (climbing, rafting etc) and a chance to explore the local area. Locally there is Cordoba and Granada which are very popular with tourists and a change to visit Malaga or Madrid (travel required by train). You will enjoy local food and a friendly and fun atmosphere. Details of the dates we require help for are below, there is a possibility for families to come as their children can be involved with the camp.

Either accommodation in an apartment together with one of the organisers. Private bedroom and shared swimming pool. Or a shared chalet on the campsite for our residential camps. We can discuss your preferences further.
We require people for the following dates. Although these are the dates for the planned camps, if you need to come before or after these dates then some of the volunteer work will be assisting in our language school. Please email me with suggestions or questions.
Our adventure camps run from May 6th to May to 20th May (some weekend work involved here).
Our Summer camps run from 18th June to 9th August (we are interested in people to help a minimum of two weeks in this period). After 9th August we have no camps but you are welcome to stay on to explore the area further.
For the younger children the activities are fun and games......and for the eldest we enjoy English as well as adventure; such as canyoning, rafting, climbing, abseiling, mountain biking and more. You can also enjoy some of these activities depending on your timetable - enjoy :)
