I'm José, passionate about the world of engines and business. I've acquired a beautiful 3000-square-meter plot in this peaceful town of Talavera La Real (Badajoz), perfect for those who want to enjoy nature while helping to keep the space in good condition. My work revolves around importing trucks and customizing camper vans, so you might see a unique vehicle or two being worked on.
On the land, your main task will simply be to keep an eye on things: making sure the spaces are clean and that the surroundings remain well-kept. It’s not heavy work, just staying attentive and enjoying the rural environment.

He adquirido un hermoso terreno de 3000 metros en esta tranquila localidad de Talavera La Real (Badajoz), por fin he conseguido el sueño de mi vida, ideal para quienes buscan disfrutar de la naturaleza y contribuir a mantener el espacio en buenas condiciones. Mi vida y proyectos giran alrededor de la importación de camiones y la personalización de campers, así que es probable que te encuentres con algún que otro vehículo interesante en proceso de transformación.

At our site in Talavera la Real, Workawayers will have the opportunity to connect with both the local community and the team of people working on my projects. Talavera la Real and its surroundings offer an authentic rural atmosphere, where visitors can experience up close the quiet life and customs of this area of Badajoz. From local festivities to getting close to neighbours, cultural exchange is a natural part of the experience here.
En nuestro terreno de Talavera la Real, los workawayers tendrán la oportunidad de conectarse tanto con la comunidad local como con el equipo de personas que trabaja en mis proyectos. Talavera la Real y sus alrededores ofrecen un ambiente rural auténtico, donde los visitantes pueden experimentar de cerca la vida tranquila y las costumbres de esta zona de Badajoz. Desde festividades locales hasta el trato cercano con los vecinos, el intercambio cultural es una parte natural de la experiencia aquí.

I am looking for workawayers to help me keep the land I have acquired in Talavera la Real in good condition. The main tasks will consist of supervising that the land is clean and organized, checking that everything is in place and in good condition. This is a light help, focused on surveillance and space care.

The workawayers will stay in a cozy house of about 30 square meters located on the land, perfectly equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house has a fireplace, ideal for enjoying warm and cozy nights in winter, in addition to electricity, water and everything you need to make you feel at home.
The space includes a comfortable bed, rest area and a small equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
As part of the exchange, I will offer daily meals to the volunteers. My intention is that you feel comfortable and well taken care of during your stay, enjoying a balanced and adequate diet. I will provide accommodation and food in exchange for support of up to 25 hours per week.
On weekends we will organize barbecues and meals together with the workawayers so that they feel comfortable during their stay.
Los workawayers se alojarán en una acogedora casita de unos 30 metros cuadrados ubicada en el terreno, perfectamente equipada para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La casita cuenta con chimenea, ideal para disfrutar de noches cálidas y acogedoras en invierno, además de luz, agua y todo lo necesario para que te sientas en casa.
El espacio incluye una cama cómoda, zona de descanso y una pequeña cocina equipada donde podrás preparar tus propias comidas.
Como parte del intercambio, ofreceré comidas diarias a los voluntarios. Mi intención es que se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos durante su estancia, disfrutando de una alimentación equilibrada y adecuada. Proporcionaré alojamiento y comida a cambio de un apoyo de hasta 25 horas semanales.
Los fines de semana organizaremos barbacoas y comidas junto con los workawayers para que se sientan a gusto durante su estancia.

This is a cozy and quiet place, ideal to share with family, friends or pets while enjoying nature. The house and the land offer space for the little ones and pets to play and explore the rural environment in a safe way.
Estamos encantados de recibir personas que vengan con acompañantes, incluyendo familias con niños, parejas y sus animales de compañía.
