Help us finish up our coffee shop, reconstructing our house and gardening in Sjællands Odde, Denmark

  Beschreibung

  We're a big family - 6 kids and 2 adults, living in the countryside in a big house with a huge garden with our cat and 5 chickens. Our house is under construction (we do it all ourselves) and we both work part time, so life is busy and we need help with both construction tasks, cooking and gardening. We're also making a coffeeshop in a town nearby, which also asks for help - mostly construction tasks and gardening for now.
  
  The kids are Vibe, 4, Camille, 9, Liva, 13, Yacine and Valdemar 14, and Ella 17. My husbond name is Sebastian, and I'm Malene. We don't see the oldest 4 a lot, they're busy living their lives, but sometimes the house is full of lovely young people, with friends, family and neighbors. Most of the time it's more quiet.
  
  We live 100 meters from the sea - actually our garden ends on the beach. The place is perfect for running, walking, meditation, swimming, windsurfing, diving etc. Please ask us all the question you want to know more.
  We're flexible regarding work hours. We get up early to send kids to school and/or go to work. We imaging that working plans will be discussed while we have dinner together so everyone knows what to do the next day.
  
  We eat a lot of vegetables and a little bit of meat. All organic. Sebastian often go diving for fish, clams and oysters. I often bake bread and cakes.

  Everyday life in the countryside of Denmark. It'll be a cultural exchange with languages and foods and experience from the construction work. You will be a part of a great project (our coffeeshop) which has been going on for more than a year now. We hope to open up the doors for the first time this easter.
  We speak english, french and a little spanish.

  Gardening - making plans for sowing, make the soil ready for sowing, doing a stone courtyard with stones from the beach and much more. You're welcome to inspire us! We're open for suggestions, ideas, exchange.

  Unterkunft

  You will be sleeping in one of our many rooms. All rooms have double beds. We have kitchen and living room downstairs, and 5 rooms upstairs. Right now 2 of theses rooms are available.

  Was noch ...

  The raw nature of Sjællands Odde is worth the visit. As written perfect for wind and kitesurfing, diving, running, walking etc. The area (Odsherred) is known for it's hilly landscape - an inheritance from the ice age. We have museums and art museums, we have small, beautiful villages and here at Sjællands Odde we have local wine makers, a local restaurant with excellent food and lots of other local actions taking place right now. The area develops very much in these days. It's 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen and 1 hour from Aarhus (by ferry).
