Beschreibung
We are a couple (no longer quite in our forties) who ran a B&B for 3 years in Josselin with occasional help from Workawayers. We're now near the lovely South Brittany coast, where I mainly teach English, in a house & garden that needs a little updating & TLC...
We've been in France since 2013 and have 2 pampered cats, Micky & Polly, brother & sister.

We speak French & English, so you can practise speaking to us in either (I also speak a bit of italian). We are keen on foraging along the coasts, tides & weather permtting, plus there is lots to see & do in our area.

*At the moment we have no spare room, due to some renovations, I will update our profile when we know we can host Workawayers again*
The help we require will vary depending on time of year, but probably not for more than 1 week at a time.
For example, in spring or autumn we'll need some help in the garden, a little decorating if weather not so good, and maybe house/pet sitting at certain times,
We need to trim hedges,and are thinking of putting in a little pond so not just weeding !
Cold, wet winter weather may limit the projects to work on outdoors, so no help required in deepest winter... you would need some clothes/footwear suitable for working outside in not entirely dry conditions !
Our 2 cats are easy, they like being fed, petted & taken for walks around the garden, so animal care is minimal.
We welcome guests who also want to improve their French or English.

Unterkunft
We have 1 double bedroom, that would best suit a couple who like a bit of independence. The bathroom is not en-suite very near the bedroom...
For Workawayers with camper vans, we'd need to check the best off-road parking is, but you could of course use our kitchen/bathroom facilities.
No smoking in the house and sorry, but no pets, as ours are not good at sharing !

We are based in just outside Vannes, less than 10mins from the Gulf of Moribihan.
A bus goes to the town centre from very close by but recommend Workaways come with a car to be able to explore the coast & surrounding area easily. Or ask us about local car hire.
Vannes, a medieval coastal town has shops, cinemas, plus plenty of bars & restaurants.
