Beschreibung
The property is one hectare beach front in Sombrero, near Cabo Matapalo. When I started 5 years ago it was just pasture. Since then I have planted around 100 fruit trees, built a house and a greenhouse. It is off grid, solar panels and compost toilet.
I am 36 years old and from Norway.

This is a great opportunity to escape the rat race and get connected with nature and have a mind and body detox. There is no wifi, but there is some phone signal on the beach.
Arbeit
Right now I need help painting and getting my greenhouse up and running again. Changing and adding new soil, planting seeds, watering, etc.
Other tasks could be cooking healthy vegan food, massages, deep clean the house, gardening (usually using a machete during wet season and watering during dry season). Would be helpful if you know about permaculture.
It could be one person or a couple.

You will get your own bedroom and share kitchen, living room and bathroom with me.
Everyone bring their own food and cook for themselves.
It is 20 minutes to drive to town. I don’t have a car, only a bicycle. It is $10 one way to go to town with a motorcycle taxi. There is also a colectivo that passes once a day.

On time off you can go for beach walks, hike to waterfalls, surf, paddle boarding, yoga, chill in hammock on the beach etc
