Looking for Workawayers on Our Farm in Tuscany
We are looking for a reliable, nature-loving couple who would like to work with us on our beautiful old farm in the rolling hills of the Colline Metallifere. Our farm is located between Volterra and Massa Marittima, near Sasso Pisano, about 50 minutes from the sea, surrounded by ancient oak trees with stunning views.
What We Offer:
Living in harmony with nature – Self-sufficiency, permaculture vision, our own spring water, and a refreshing stream in the forest for hot summer days
Cozy atmosphere – Heated with a wood central heating system, gas stove, wood stove, sauna, 4 rooms in the house, 1 bathroom, outdoor kitchen, solar showers, tipi, wooden hut, and caravans
Animals on the farm – 8 chickens, 4 cats, and a friendly dog
Modern connectivity – Fast internet available
Participation & Harvesting – Working in the garden, assisting with the olive harvest, and other farm tasks

* What We Are Looking For:
* A car is essential – The nearest shopping town is 10 km away
* Reliability & experience in gardening, vegetable cultivation & craftsmanship
* Basic maintenance & farm care – Woodwork, upkeep of the house, outdoor kitchen, tipi, caravans, and farm facilities
* Only contribution to utility costs, in exchange for helping on the farm
Since I have to travel to Munich several times a year for work and family reasons, it is important that the couple can manage the farm independently in my absence. This includes operating the wood central heating system in winter, watering plants and young trees, taking care of the animals, and organizing the daily operations. Support in family holiday camps and seminars is also welcome.
About Me:
My name is Philipp Stegmüller, 47 years old. I am a musician, music teacher, and coach, and for over 20 years I have been leading singing circles and seminars – including here on the farm. Music is my great passion, and with this place, I am creating a space for nature connection, creativity, and community.

Philipp ist ein einzigartiger und liebenswerter Mensch mit dem man tolle und inspirierende Gespräche führen kann.
