  Hi, my name is Marin, I would present myself by saying that I am an easygoing person, interested in meeting people from all around the world. i like to make new friends, to show and to explain many thinks about my place and country.
  
  Some years ago I bought three ruining houses with the idea to repair them in the they way they have been looking in the past. The location is not far from the nearest village, but it is very quite and relaxing and not many people come here to disturb. Birds songs and the river flow are the main sounds you can hear mainly. The mountains and the forest that surround the place gives it a very unique atmosphere. The sun rise and the sets are really mazing! Being here is a kind of going back with a time-capsule in that great natural scenery that the mountains.
  My dream is to give a new life to that place and to leave in this small eco-place in the forest, but the plase is too big and I do need help to keep it tidy.
  
  I'm looking for people to help me with keeping the place and to help me with the cleaning, painting, gardening or any other basic job that any skillful person could do it. I prefer long staying workawayers, but everybody is welcome to ask for the host possibilities

  The benefits of coming here are multiples. I would firstly say that the best thing in this place, if you like it, is to be out of the cities, the system, and the society. If you want to make a step back and spend some time in a remote site, this place is for you. I would also say that here you can feel and live with the history of the place. I'll explain you the history of the village more in detail if you want, and of the people that was living there. But by living next to those two nice rivers, with the springs, and among those old houses, you'll feel and understand the past way of life in those Bulgarian mountains. This place is also really nice if you like hiking in the mountains, enjoying great views from the top of them, or just chilling on the rocks next to the rivers .

  Arbeit

  The work is to help me with the keeping and maintaining of the place. Doing some easy paintings, cleaning the area, grass removing and staff like everybody must can do at house.

  Unterkunft

  You will be accommodated in a little house (30m2) of 3 rooms: a little kitchen, a toilet/shower room, and a bedroom. For the shower, you have to make a fire under the boiler to warm up your water. The electricity comes from solar panels that is good to have any reserve batteries if the whether is bad few days in the row and the sun is not enought. There is a nice terrace, an outside kitchen, tables and chairs and a comfortable hamach in the big garden, in front of the house. About the food -I would prefer if you could be independent with that.

  The place is just 3 km far from Cherni Osam - a village with 1000 people living, few shops, school and natural museum. The closest city is 12 km away. There is a good bus connection from the village to there.
  I will be also available with my car to move you if you need.
