  We are a couple in our seventies, retiring after a life of working in the countryside of Siena, on our olive-vineyard-farm and agriturismo.
  Unfortunately, three years ago Sergio started having health problems. Our son is now continuing our work, while we moved closer to Siena to enjoy a life more easy.
  
  Sergio is (and always has been) a quiet and very kind person. He doesn't say much, but you can catch him smiling regularly.
  Lorena is a hard-working lioness, full of energy, kindness, joy and life-experience.
  
  We can provide you with a warm, hospitable home and an interesting cultural exchange.

  Siamo una coppia sulla settantina, in pensione dopo una vita di lavoro nella campagna senese, nella nostra azienda agricola e agrituristica.
  Purtroppo tre anni fa Sergio ha iniziato ad avere problemi di salute. Ora nostro figlio sta continuando il nostro lavoro, mentre noi ci siamo trasferiti più vicino a Siena per goderci una vita meno impegnativa.
  
  Sergio è (ed è sempre stato) una persona tranquilla e molto gentile. Non dice molto, ma puoi sorprenderlo a sorridere regolarmente. Lorena è una leonessa laboriosa, piena di energia, gentilezza, gioia ed esperienza di vita.
  
  Possiamo fornirti una casa accogliente, ospitale e un interessante scambio culturale.

  Arbeit

  After thirty years of receiving guests in our agriturismo, enjoying their company and the company of Wwoofer-volunteers throughout the years, we would like to create the same feeling in our life in retirement. At our age, we may need a bit of help (a little gardening, some internet-help), but we mainly look for and enjoy a house full of life, exchanging thoughts and sharing companionship.

  Dopo trent'anni di accoglienza nel nostro agriturismo, in cui abbiamo gioito della compagnia dei nostri clienti e di quella dei volontari Wwoofer, vorremmo ricreare la stessa atmosfera nella nostra vita in pensione. Potremmo aver bisogno di un po' di aiuto (ad esempio nel giardinaggio e nell’uso di internet), ma soprattutto cerchiamo e vogliamo godere di una casa piena di vita, scambiandoci pensieri e condividendo la compagnia.

  Unterkunft

  We offer a room and bathroom.
  Foodwise, we are omnivores but can cook anything (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). We can talk about eating together, as you prefer: I cook, or we cook together, we eat together all the time or only sometimes. Everything can be done in dialogue.

  Abbiamo da offrire camera e bagno. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, siamo onnivori ma possiamo cucinare qualsiasi cosa (vegetariano, vegano, ecc.). Possiamo parlare di mangiare insieme, come preferisci: io cucino, o cuciniamo insieme, mangiamo sempre insieme o solo qualche volta. Tutto si può fare dialogando.

  Since we live close to Siena (5km), visiting the lovely city is always an option. There is a bus going to Siena, at least once every hour. Once in Siena, there's a train station that can connect you with Firenze (1,5h), Pisa (2,5h), the seaside (2,5h), etc.

  Dal momento che viviamo vicino a Siena (5 km), visitare questa città è sempre una bella opzione. C'è un autobus che va a Siena, almeno una volta ogni ora. La stazione ferroviaria di Siena può collegarti ad esempio con Firenze (1,5 ore), Pisa (2,5 ore), il mare (2,5 ore).
