  Hello! My name is Saray, I'm 40 years old, and I live in a small village near the city of Salamanca. There are 14 of us in the village, which is located 15 minutes from Salamanca. I work as an environmental technician. I recently moved into this new house, which needs some sprucing up and a small vegetable garden. The garden needs the soil prepared with a rototiller, fertilized, furrows dug, seedbeds prepared, seedlings planted, and a drip irrigation system set up. Any knowledge of permaculture would be very welcome. I've built a chicken coop in this area. I'm thinking of getting some birds, perhaps a crow chick, which I'll have to tame. I've raised crows before, and it's a wonderful task! These animals are amazing! There's also a patio with a well that needs cleaning: sweeping up leaves, cleaning gutters, and applying anti-rust paint to the doors. The house is large and has many spaces that can be renovated and brought to life. I'd love for you to participate in creative home project. In the living room and bedrooms, I'm building furniture using brick, plaster, and wood. These three elements combine to create a rustic style. It looks beautiful and is also functional. I'm also incorporating mosaic techniques for the wall decorations. There are plenty of tools available, and it's an ideal place to unleash your creativity if you appreciate beauty, art, and have a knack for crafts.
  
  The house is old and has thick walls, so it stays cool in the summer. In winter, we have a wood-burning fireplace and electric radiators, ensuring optimal comfort.
  I've traveled to several countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Senegal, Benin, Morocco, Cambodia, India, Kyrgyzstan, and various European countries), so we can share wonderful travel experiences if you're a globetrotter too.
  
  Hola! Mi nombre es Saray, tengo 40 años, vivo en un pueblo pequeño cerca de la ciudad de Salamanca. En el pueblo vivimos 14 personas y está situado a 15 minutos de Salamanca. Trabajo de técnico de medio ambiente. Me he instalado hace poco en esta nueva casa que necesita embellecerse y poner en marcha una pequeña huerta. En la huerta hay que preparar el terreno con la mula mecánica, abonar, hacer los surcos, preparar el semillero, plantar y preparar la instalación de riego por goteo. Si tienes conocimientos sobre permacultura serán muy bienvenidos. En esta zona he construido un gallinero. Tengo idea de meter aves, quizá un cuervo desde pollito al que tendré que acostumbrar al proceso de domesticación. Ya he criado más cuervos anteriormente y es una tarea preciosa! Estos animales son increíbles!. También hay un patio con un pozo que requiere trabajos de limpieza, barrer las hojas, limpiar canaletas, preparar las puertas con pinturas antioxidante. La casa es grande, tiene muchos espacios que se pueden reformar y dar vida. Me encantaría que participaras en la mejora de la vivienda. En el salón y habitaciones estoy preparando muebles con ladrillo, yeso y madera. Se combinan estos 3 elementos para dar un estilo rústico. Queda precioso y funcional. También se combina con técnica de mosaico para la decoración de paredes. Aquí hay mucha herramienta y es un lugar ideal para dar juego a tu creatividad si te gusta la belleza, el arte y tienes habilidad con las manos.
  La casa es antigua y tiene paredes gruesas, por lo que en verano es fresca. En invierno tenemos chimenea de leña y también radiadores eléctricos, por lo que el confort en la casa es óptimo.
  He viajado por diferentes países (Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Senegal, Benín, Marruecos, Camboya, India, Kirguistán y distintos países de Europa), por lo que podemos compartir bonitas experiencias de viaje si tú también eres trotamundos.

  El lugar donde viso es ideal para hacer rutas en bici. Tengo una bici eléctrica que puedes utilizar. Hay muchas aves por la zona. Aquí lo rural y lo tradicional está muy presente. Si te quieres empapar de los que es la vida tradicional española este es un buen sitio. Podrás compartir tiempo con mis amigos y familiares que te harán sentir muy cómod@. Tengo conocimientos sobre el folclore de Salamanca. Toco el pandero cuadrado y canto. Sería muy bonito poder compartir tiempo con estas prácticas si es que te gustan. Podemos ir a alguna fiesta de los pueblos para participar de su tradición. Si te gusta el campo ver agricultura y ganadería, si te gusta el arte, en Salamanca, hay una gran variedad de actividades. Me encantaría poder guiarte por la ciudad para que veas su encanto, la belleza de sus calles, la riqueza de su gastronomía.
  El lugar es perfecto si tienes que compatibilizar la estancia con algún estudio o actividad en Salamanca, ya que está cerca y podemos ajustar los horarios.

  Unterkunft

  A bedroom with two beds and a sitting area for the assistant are available. The bathroom and kitchen are inside the house. Sheets and blankets are provided. Wi-Fi is available. Lunch and dinner will be provided. We can cook together some days.

  I have family and friends in the area with whom we can do some farming and livestock-related activities. I believe in a conscious and healthy lifestyle, so smoking and drinking alcohol are not allowed. I have an electric bike for exploring the area. There's a bus to the city, and I drive there daily, so if you'd like to do anything there, we can coordinate.
