  I live with my daughter in an old house that we are renovating. We have a very nice garden that needs to be watered a lot in the summer. We also have cats. The house is in Granada, about 20 minutes walk from the center. It is a very quiet area, next to the university, with a lot of green around it.
  
  Vivo con mi hija en una casa antigua que estamos reformando. Tenemos un jardín muy bonito que hace falta regar mucho en verano. También tenemos gatos. La casa está en Granada, a unos 20 minutos caminando del centro. Es una zona muy tranquila, al lado de la universidad, con mucho verde alrededor.

  We can exchange knowledge of gardening and DIY. I studied architecture and I love having the opportunity to transform my own house, I put a lot of attention and dedication into every detail.
  Currently I dedicate myself to goldsmithing and I have the workshop at home. If you're interested, you could see what the process of making jewelry is like, and while I'm not looking for an apprentice, I'm open to teaching if anyone is interested.
  Also, if you want to get to know Granada, I can show you the most charming places in the city.
  
  Podemos intercambiar conocimientos de jardinería y bricolaje. Estudié arquitectura y me encanta tener la oportunidad de transformar mi propia casa, en cada detalle pongo mucha atención y dedicación.
  Actualmente me dedico a la orfebrería y tengo el taller en casa. Si te interesa, podrías ver cómo es el proceso de hacer joyas y, aunque no estoy buscando un aprendiz, estoy abierta a enseñar si alguien tiene interés.

  Arbeit

  I want to continue with the reform of the house, I need someone to help me finish some walls, paint the facade, and also with some carpentry details. For example, I have to finish some Pladur walls (plaster sheets and cardboard) and plaster some parts where work has been done. In the photos you can see the wooden staircase that is not finished. I want to close the gap between rung and rung, and make a small closet in the space under the stairs.
  I also need help in the garden, some days I'll ask you to water when I'm not around. Or better yet, we can install an automatic irrigation system so you don't depend on anyone. If you like plants, there is plenty here to keep you entertained. This year I have not had time to take care of the garden or make a vegetable garden, but I would very much like to leave it ready to be able to plant next year.
  
  
  Quiero continuar con la reforma de la casa, necesito a alguien que me ayude a terminar algunas paredes, pintar la fachada, y también con algunos detalles de carpintería. Por ejemplo, debo terminar algunas paredes de Pladur (planchas de escayola y cartón) y enlucir algunas partes donde se ha hecho obra. En las fotos se ve la escalera de madera que no está terminada. Quiero cerrar el hueco entre peldaño y peldaño, y hacer un pequeño armario en el espacio que queda debajo de la escalera.
  También necesito ayuda en el jardín, algunos días te pediré que riegues cuando yo no esté. O mejor aún, podemos instalar un sistema de riego automático para no depender de nadie. Este año no he tenido tiempo de cuidar el jardín ni hacer huerta, pero me gustaría mucho dejar preparado para poder plantar el año que viene.

  I offer breakfast and lunch at noon (here in Spain that is between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.) Dinner will be at the expense of each one, since I prefer that there be freedom to leave the house. You can use the kitchen if you prefer to eat here, but it is very likely that many days you prefer to go out to enjoy tapas.
  Some days I will work outside Granada, we will have to organize ourselves according to your needs, if you prefer that I leave food for you or if you will also take advantage of going out.

  Es una casa familiar, y tengo una habitación doble disponible durante el verano. Puedo recibir a una persona o una pareja. El baño y la cocina lo compartiremos. Hay también un patio interior donde se puede comer o trabajar.
  
  
  Yo ofrezco desayuno y comida a medio día (aquí en España eso es entre las 14.00 y las 15:00) La cena será por cuenta de cada uno, ya que prefiero que haya libertad para salir de casa. Puedes usar la cocina si prefieres comer aquí, pero es muy probable que muchos días prefieras salir para disfrutar de las tapas.
  Algunos días yo trabajaré fuera de Granada, tendremos que organizarnos según tus necesidades, si prefieres que deje comida para ti o si aprovecharás también de salir.

You can also explore the surroundings, the beach is 50 minutes away by car and there are very beautiful villages in the mountain area. Of course, if you are here for a while, you will have to visit the Alhambra.
  
  Granada es una ciudad muy interesante, hay mucho que visitar y muy buen ambiente para conocer gente de todo el mundo. También se puede recorrer los alrededores, la playa está a 50 minutos en coche y hay pueblos muy bonitos en la zona de montaña. Por supuesto, si estás aquí una temporada, tendrás que visitar la Alhambra.

  Si prefieres venir en tu autocaravana, hay un aparcamiento a 50 metros de la casa. Podrás usar la ducha cuando quieras y comer aquí con nosotros. If you prefer to come in your motorhome, there is a car park 50 meters from the house. You can use the shower whenever you want and eat here with us.
