Help with childcare and exchange languages in Lugo, Italy

  i'm 46 and my husband Maurizio is 47, we have two children : Marco 14 and Rachele 8. We work all the week long, i'm a civil engineer and Maurizio is a Policeman. We live in Lugo, it's a town of 50'000 persons in the north-center of Italy, it's about 2 hours of train from Milano, Venice and Florence. It's near RAvenna (15 mints by car) and 20 minuts from the beach ... always by car or train. The railwaystation is 5 minuts on foot from our house. We already had 9 aupairs in our family and now we ll want try workawaiers!
  
  we need help taking care of the children, in the summer time when the school is close we ask to u to stay with the children all the morning long, wake up them, have breakfast and to do activities with them untill lunch time, mybe sometime to cook them somethings too, and to have care of them 1 evening every week. During the school time to go to take the children from the school at 16.00 and to stay with them until dinner time ... normally 19.30... and always 1 evening every week. all the saturdays and sundays are free. more or less from 20 to 25 hours every week, it depends from our work planes too. saturday and sundays always free.
  
  We need a person full of energy, who likes to play with the children and to have time with them, but in the same time that can make them respect the rules and that whats to share with us her and our culture, and becomes part of our family.
  i need that u speack just in English with the children! they understand everything and they need to practise more and studing grammar. if u want to study italian in the school time u can go to an Italian course that is free for stranger people, but not in summer time, and we can help u too.
  
  Your responsibilities will/may include:
  *️ playing with the kids actively, taking them to activities, playgrounds, parks, library, etc.
  *️ preparing meals for the kids sometimes: i.e. preparing snacks for them, cooking or warming up lunch for them
  *️ supervising homework
  *️ light housekeeping related to kids and childcare, for example: keeping the kitchen clean and tidy after kids' meals and activities, folding down kids' clothes. I expect my boy to tidy his rooms himselves, but he might needs some help or supervision
  *️ keeping your bedroom tidy and clean.
  While the schedule or duties may change a bit over time, it is our priority to be fair and realistic in our expectations, and not to bend any program rules regarding the hours or duties.
  I would like to have someone that speaks english fluently. I'd also like to have someone that is open minded and wants to share her culture with me and my family.
  We are looking for a very active, helpful and joyful girl because thats how we are.
  We will ask you to talk to the children in English but we would also like it if you are interested in learning some Italian.

  hi we are looking for an AuPair who can take care of our two children, MArco 11 and RAchele 6 . we need someone who can speack and teach english to the children. A Joyfull and serius person that want to know our culture and become part of our family! we need a girl of 19-22 year old. Just serious person that loves children and to spend time with them.

  we have an attic room of 40 mq on the 3rd floor of our home. u'll have to share the bathroom with children. we live in Lugo a town between Bologna and RAvenna in the north of italy.
