  We are a family of four. Mom (31y), dad (32y), two boys (3y and 8m) and a dog. We live in the capital area. Dad works with a wholesaler and mom is a hairdresser.

  Travelers will get an insight into a traditional Icelandic household. Sirrý loves to bake and cook so there might be something there to pick up. Raw nature is all around us, just a few steps away. We are always open to teach you about Icelandic culture.

  Arbeit

  We require help with our two boys and tasks around the house.
  
  We are looking for a highly optimistic (happy) person (female), who is at least in their 20s, loves children and would like to be a part of our family. This person must be natural and good with kids, genuinely into family life, and understands family dynamics (the highs and lows). We are looking for someone with a positive attitude.
  
  We will need more help with the younger boy during the day, he is not in kindergarten yet.
  3-4 days a week we will be needing help from circa 9-14 with the younger boy so the main focus is on him.
  
  We would also like some help around the house maybe using the time while he is sleeping during the day.

  Unterkunft

  You will have your own room in our home, which
  is spacious and bright, with good WiFi access. The room has a queen size bed. You
  will share the living room and bathroom with us.
  You will also be welcome (and encouraged) to eat
  with us during meal times. We can not
  accommodate travelers with special dietary
  requirements.

  Was noch ...

  We like to have some live in the house. Our family and friends will probably be frequent visitors. We hope to find someone who likes to be around people and is open minded.
  
  Our house is surrounded by nature and there is beautiful lake right by the front door.
  Still we are only 7 min drive from the capital, Reykjavík.
  There is public transport from our neighborhood
  to the city center.
  
  Once a week we like to go out on a date night and that would require watching the kids.
