Beschreibung
We have a travel startup project. Me and our team are creating an ecosystem of personal transformation, rural wisdom, and community-led creativity. Based in the serene farmlands of Sihali Jageer, Uttar Pradesh, we host immersive, slow-living experiences designed to reconnect people with nature, self-awareness, and purposeful work.
Our spaces are not just retreats; they’re living classrooms where guests and volunteers come to learn, contribute, and grow.
As a Workawayer, you’ll be joining us not as a helper but as a co-creator of something meaningful. From building traditional mud houses and crafting art that honors village history, to learning about sustainable farming and rural architecture — every day here is hands-on, soulful, and full of stories.
In addition to farm work and community projects, we host a range of deeply transformational experiences. These include practices like ice baths, conscious movement, breathwork, and Ho’oponopono, which are facilitated by experienced coaches and space-holders. These tools are designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and heal — offering a rare opportunity to explore inner work while living close to the rural land.
If you are a practitioner of a healing, creative, or body-based modality, we’d love to hear from you. There is always space to collaborate and co-create experiences that align with our values.
Here, the days are filled with honest work, community meals, shared learning, and the beauty of nature at your doorstep. Whether you come to contribute, to discover, or to simply be, this is a place where your presence matters — and where the journey inward begins with your hands in the earth.Arten von Hilfe und Lernmöglichkeiten

Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten
This is not just a project — it’s our home. The founders and hosts live full-time on the farm, and you’ll be sharing space, stories, and meals with us as part of daily life here. You’ll also get to know a warm, local family who lives on the farm and lovingly cares for our cows and buffaloes. Their two children — both born right here on the land — bring a beautiful energy to the space, reminding us what it means to grow up close to nature.
As a Workawayer, you’ll be immersed in the culture of rural North India, where time moves differently, people know your name, and relationships are built over shared work and chai breaks. You’ll have the chance to learn about village customs, language, food, and festivals by simply being a part of everyday life. It’s a rich and grounded cultural exchange — rooted not in performance or show, but in authentic presence and real connection.Arbeit
🛖 1. Mud House Building Workshop (May 2025)
We are hosting a special mud house building workshop throughout May 2025, led by a seasoned expert with over a decade of experience in natural building. As a Workawayer, you’ll be contributing to the actual fieldwork — mixing mud, shaping walls, plastering, and learning ancient, sustainable techniques of construction. It’s a rare hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in eco-architecture, perfect for anyone curious about alternative living, design, or even a career in sustainable building.
🎨 2. Wall Art & Mural Creation
Our farm is a canvas, and we’re slowly turning it into a living storybook. We’re looking for volunteers with a creative spark to help design and paint murals and wall art that reflect the spirit of the land — its culture, people, and stories. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious doodler, this is your chance to co-create visual pieces that bring warmth, beauty, and soul to our space.
🧭 3. Cultural Documentation & Knowledge Bank
The village we work in, Sihali Jageer, holds deep, untapped layers of history, oral stories, and cultural wisdom. We’re building a knowledge bank to preserve this — and we need Workawayers to help us research, record, and archive. This includes surveying local elders, gathering oral histories, documenting customs and traditions, and organizing it all in a meaningful, creative format. If you love storytelling, anthropology, community engagement, or just have a curious heart, this work will be deeply fulfilling.
🌱 4. Live Kitchen Garden Creation
We're in the process of building a thriving kitchen garden that will directly feed the guests who join us for transformational experiences at the farm. This space is not just about growing food — it's about cultivating intention, nourishment, and a connection to where our meals come from. As a Workawayer, you’ll help with planning, planting, composting, and daily care, while learning about natural farming practices suited to this land. You’ll see how what we grow flows straight into our farm kitchen — turning soil into sustenance.Sprachen
