In the heart of Las Condes, a safe and very well-located neighborhood. Just a 5-minute walk from the Manquehue metro station, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. From here, you can easily reach the city center and other important points.
I am a lawyer, and I rent rooms in our house to foreign exchange students, interns, or workers. Generally, the roommates are foreigners. -

I work long hours, so I’m looking for someone who can help me maintain a clean and tidy home, prepare healthy meals, and keep me motivated with my fitness routine.
I already have a housekeeper who comes once a week, so I’m not looking for someone to take care of all the household chores, but rather someone who can help me keep things organized and clean on a daily basis.
Cooking healthy meals would also be a great help, as I often don’t have enough time to prepare them myself. I’m also passionate about running and working out, so I’d love to have someone who can join me at the gym or in the park, push me to work harder, or help me track my running times.
The commitment would be a maximum of three hours a day, leaving you plenty of time to explore Santiago and enjoy your stay.
In exchange, you’ll have accommodation in a great location in Las Condes, one of Santiago’s nicest neighborhoods. I believe this can be a mutually beneficial experience: you’ll have a comfortable place to stay and the opportunity to discover Chile, while helping me maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
