  I own a beautiful farmhouse in the countryside, in Basilicata, a small region in the south of Italy. recently renovated, with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, surrounded by ancient olive trees and wheat-now harvested-I take care of land cleaning, tree maintenance and would like soon to open a small B&B to offer an immersive experience in the nature and hands-on experience like tomato collection, olive collection etc..I am willing to provide room and board to those willing to help and support me, also this will help me to understand what and where to improve and what to implement.

  I can teach how to prune an olive tree, how to picking olives and figuring out when they are ready.
  Same activities with tomatoes to be collected from the filed in Augu/sept.
  I can teach Italian language as well, talking in Italian and English with the workaways
  In general, all manual activities that can be done in the countryside, from maintaining the farmhouse to planting a new tree, building cupboards and/or other supplies to decorate the farmhouse.
  
  Learn the local culture and typical activities that take place in the countryside: wheat harvest, tomato harvest, olive harvest, olive tree cleaning, etc...
  Furthermore, visit and discover the local culture and traditions; in general summer time is the prefect time to visit towns and villages visit the villages nearby, discovering the habits, culture and food.
  Monticchio mount is a lovely place to trek or bike and discover the nature surrounding
  S.Fele waterfall as well;
  Vulture-Melfese area and towns such as Venosa, Lavello, Melfi, Rionero - BArile etc.
  There are few festivals such as Cantinando 17th and 18th of August where the Aglianico wine is the main actor.
  Seaside is roughly 1 hour away by car.
  My main goal is to promote my area - the Vulture-Melfese - where nature is yet unspoiled and small and cozy towns/village dominate the landscape.

  Arbeit

  Maintenance of the area and the farmhouse, arrangement of new and/or used furniture, grass cutting and cleaning of the farmhouse.
  
  Accommodation will be provided and food. Plus wage of 6/7€ per hour depending on experience of the worker and activities to be carried out:
  -cleaning inside and outside Farmhouse area 5€ per hour;
  -Maintenance old and new equipment and hand-work in the Farmhouse , such as trees maintenance, grass cutting etc..6€ per hour;
  - Receptionist for tourists and welcoming 5€ per hour
