Our Lodge & Resort is your portal to adventure, fun and relaxation. Located in the heart of British Columbia's Cariboo Region, where legend lingers and nature rules, a rare yet accessible destination awaits you. A quiet, peaceful lakefront property on Timothy Lake with 12 cabins and 30 campsites. Come explore 45 acres of action, adventure and leisure. Hiking, Water Sports, Fishing, Swimming and Boating. It's been a few years since we've had the pleasure of hosting a Workaway and it's time to renew that experience. We would prefer a couple/family to help us look after our guests this season.

Most of our guests are from British Columbia with others coming from as far away as Germany and Switzerland. It's nice to talk to everyone about where they come from and help make their vacation time special. We help them make great family memories.

Arbeit
We are looking for individuals with good people skills to assist us with the day to day operations of a busy lakefront resort. Being outdoors is key here. Lots of general maintenance work to do and we are eager to train. Lots to do around here and we love to see our guests with big smiles on their faces enjoying our resort. Gardening, grounds maintenance (lots of grass to cut and trim), dock and boat maintenance, firewood and ensuring that all of our guests are happy!! There is so much going on around here and we would love you to jump in and give us a hand.

Unterkunft
The main lodge has comfortable living quarters upstairs plus a large kitchen and dining area on the lower floor. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is large and cooking would be your responsibility.

This is a quiet, remote location. We have satellite Wi-Fi but no cell service unless using Wi-Fi calling. Grocery shopping is 30 minutes away. We have a vehicle that can be used or ride sharing is available when we go to town . Enjoy the lake with fishing, swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Must love animals and kids!!
