Beschreibung
We are a leading Outdoor and Adventure company based in Jordan, established in 2007. We are specialized in providing a broad range of adventures, activities and services (such as canyoning, diving, sea sports, family tours, hiking, sightseeing, team building and rock climbing) to corporations, organizations, private groups and individuals. Our adventures will allow our customers to discover the beautiful nature of Jordan, while improving their physical health, self-sufficiency, risk-taking, and their will to achieve.
We also share an office at an NGO that is making a positive impact in the youth of Jordan. When in the office, you will be working in a co-working space and will also be asked to assist with some work for the projects.
Important notes:
> Minimum stay is one month
> Unfortunately we don't provide food in our accommodation
> There is no wifi at the accommodation but you are welcome to use it at the office
> We host a maximum of 6 volunteers at any given time

You will work together with Jordanian colleagues (most of them speak English) and other international volunteers, you will have the change to explore and enjoy the beautiful nature in Jordan.
Arbeit
We are looking for volunteers to help us in organizing our adventures, that take place at least three days a week (Tuesday, Friday and Saturday). Your job will consist of being an assistant guide on our canyoning adventures where you will have the opportunity to explore the most beautiful canyons of Jordan.
You will help a maximum of 5 days a week. You will spend a minimum of 1 day a week (maximum of 3 days) assistant guiding and spend the remainder in the office. Canyoning trips usually depart at 7 am and you will return around 6-8 pm depending on the trip (some trips are longer and you will return even later).
Fieldwork:
- Assisting guiding and helping customers
- Taking photos
Office tasks:
- reviewing and uploading pictures of trips on Facebook
- editing photos
- managing social media channels
- answering calls and making reservations for tours
- updating and managing website
- posting events on Facebook
- SEO writing / blog posts
If you can, please bring a laptop or tablet to assist with office tasks.

Unterkunft
You will stay in a shared apartment with other volunteers. If you are coming alone, you will likely be sharing a room with another volunteer. Couples will get a private room.
