  Beschreibung

  We are a Permaculturafarm located in the Sumapaz mountains between Fusagasuga and Arbelaez, two hours from Bogotá. We have several lines of work: ecological agriculture, bio-construction, community networks and being-territory.
  In the axis of ecological agriculture we have garden, crops of corn, cassava, beans and orellanas, an edible and native forest. We produce our natural and bio-prepared fertilizers. We have various animals such as chickens, cats and dogs.
  In the bioconstruction axis we have experience working with light structures such as Yurts and geodesic domes. Also, we experimented with guadua and clay.
  Regarding community networks, we participate in local agroecological markets with our preserves and farm products. We are fermenters and alchemists of food and plant transformation.
  In our last axis of being territory, we understand our body as our first territory, that is why we dedicate time to our being through art, meditation, yoga, native medicines and good relationships with each other and with nature.
  
  About us, we are Natalia and Qba together with close friends who visit us constantly. We are Colombian and a Polish. We speak English and Spanish. We like a calm and healthy life accompanied by music, joy and spontaneity. At home we eat vegetarian although sometimes in typical dishes our families add meat. In our free time we like to ride a bike, go for a walk, bath in rivers and waterfalls, pottery and work with wood. Every morning we have meditation and yoga.
  We have traveled, learning about other cultures and now we are here open for travelers like us.
  We have a beautiful refuge, full of life and spaces to create and share. .
  
  Somos Permacultura una finca de dos hectáreas ubicada en las montañas del Sumapaz entre Fusagasuga y Arbelaez, a dos horas de Bogotá. Tenemos varios ejes de trabajo: agricultura ecológica, bioconstrucción, redes comunitarias y ser-territorio.
  En el eje de agricultura ecológica tenemos huertos, cultivos de maíz, yuca, habichuelas, frijoles y orellanas un bosque comestible y nativo. Producimos nuestros abonos naturales y biopreparados. Tenemos varios animales como gallinas, gatos y perro.
  En el eje de bioconstrucción tenemos experiencia con trabajo de estructuras livianas como Yurtas y domos geodésicos. También, experimentamos con guadua y barro.
  En cuanto a las redes comunitarias, participamos de mercados agroecologicos locales con nuestras conservas y productos de la finca. Somos fermentadores y alquímicos de la transformación de alimentos y plantas.
  En nuestro último eje de ser territorio entendemos nuestro cuerpo como nuestro primer territorio por eso dedicamos tiempo a nuestro ser a traves del arte, la meditación, el yoga, las medicinas ancestrales y buenas relaciones entre nosotros y con la naturaleza.
  En cuanto a nosotros somos Natalia y Qba junto a más allegados cercanos que nos visitan constantemente. Somos colombiana y polaco. Hablamos ingles y español. Nos gusta la vida tranquila y saludable acompañada de música, alegría y espontaneidad. En casa comemos vegetariano aunque debes en cuando en platos típicos nuestras familias agregan carne. En nuestro tiempo libre nos gusta montar bicicleta, ir a caminar, bañarnos en ríos y cascadas, la cerámica y el trabajo con la madera. Cada mañana tenemos meditación y yoga.
  Hemos viajado, aprendiendo de otras culturas y ahora estamos aquí abiertos para viajeros como nosotros.
  Tenemos un refugio hermoso, lleno de vida y espacios para crear y compartir.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We offer our lifestyle and culture, experience with agriculture, food processing and native crops. We really like the world cuisine and we want it to be one of the points of our exchange, to share our cultures trough our food. We also offer Spanish and English classes. And as Natalia is a Waldorf teacher, she offers the space as an experience for children.
  
  Ofrecemos nuestro modo de vida y cultura, experiencia con la agricultura, transformación de alimentos, cultivos nativos. Nos gusta mucho la cocina de todo el mundo y queremos que este sea uno de nuestros intercambios para compartir nuestras culturas. También ofrecemos clases de español o inglés. Como Natalia es profesora Waldorf ofrece también el espacio como una experiencia para los niños.

  We are looking for help in the daily work of the farm like work with agriculture, animal care, construction, promotion of our products and help with the communitary work.
  
  Buscamos ayuda en las labores diarias de la finca trabajo con agricultura, cuidado de animales, construcción, promoción de nuestros productos y ayuda en los mercados.

  Dieser Gastgeber bietet Sprachaustausch an

We speak mainly Spanish and English. We are interested in continuing learning of Portuguese, French and why not German. We have a bit of experience teaching English classes.

  Unterkunft

  We have two small houses. Upstairs is Qba and Natalia's house. Downstairs hous, dedicated for volunteers, has a bedrom with a three beds, bathroom with a cold shower and a kitchen space. Upstairs we have a hot shower, and kitchen with a fridge to your disposition.
  
  Tenemos dos pequeñas casas. Arriba es la casa de Qba y Natalia. La casa de la planta baja, dedicada a los voluntarios, tiene un dormitorio con tres camas, baño con ducha de agua fría y un espacio de cocina. Arriba tenemos una ducha de agua caliente y cocina con nevera a su disposición.

  Being in the center of Colombia you are in a strategic region. Sumapaz is the largest paramo in the world and is surrounded by beautiful nature accompanied by a diverse and highly agricultural culture. Nearby there are rivers, waterfalls, picturesque villages, the sacred mountain of Quinini. It is a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers. Fusagasuga is a small city with a lot of peasant, artistic and cultural movement. You can also spend your free time on the farm if you wish there is enough space, privacy and tranquility to have collective and individual moments.
  
  Al estar en el centro de Colombia estás en una región estratégica. El Sumapaz es el páramo más grande del mundo y está rodeado de una bella naturaleza acompañado de una cultura diversa y altamente agrícola. Cerca hay ríos, cascadas, pueblos pintorescos, la montaña sagrada del Quinini. Es un paraíso para ciclistas y caminantes. Fusagasuga es una pequeña ciudad con mucho movimiento campesino, artístico y cultural. También podrás pasar tu tiempo libre en la finca si lo deseas hay suficientes espacio, privacidad y tranquilidad para tener momentos colectivos e individuales.

  Tenemos un escritorio en el taller y espacios en la casa para el trabajo en computador. El internet es bueno y 24h aunque se cae a veces y para reuniones con video puede fallar. We have a desk in the workshop and spaces at home for computer work. The internet is good and 24 hours although it goes down sometimes and for video meetings it can fail.
