  Beschreibung

  We are a family of four with a six year old boy and a four year old girl. We both work in schools, he as a teacher in math and science ad she as a social worker. Before we met each other we traveled a lot and collectively we have been to most parts of the world. Nowadays we live in a 1,5 story house with a big yard that partly has been allowed to be reclaimed by nature. We are trying to reclaim some parts of our garden. We have tree hen and one roster and three cats. We live close to nature on the countryside with sheep right on our doorstep, a lake perfect for swimming a 10 minute bike ride away, 10 minutes by car to the closest shopping center and 20 minutes by car to the center of town, Karlskrona.

  You will be living in our house with us on the bottom floor, you will be sharing our meals and joining us on our activities. Our summers usually include going to the beach a lot.
  
  Swedish is the main language of the house and we are very comfortable with speaking English. We can teach Swedish while you stay at our house.
  
  You will be living on the Swedish countryside surrounded by forests, trails and a few lakes. You'll be living close to the summer town of Karlskrona with restaurants, museums, a fantastic archipelago and much more. You will have access to a bike and a car for shorter trips.

  Arbeit

  General gardening and landscaping, reclaiming parts from nature, making more parts of the garden more accessible. This requires moving quite a lot of dirt by hand, raking, sowing grass. A lot of freedom here to choose where and what to do, making your own designs and experiment.
  
  3. Wood maintenance, there are a lot of wood framing our yard, three big fences, a balcony and logs placed as support along the different levels of our yard. More or less all of these need a fresh coat of paint.
  
  4. Cooking, cleaning and day to day maintenance of the house.

  Unterkunft

  You will be living on the bottom floor by your self sleeping in a queen size bed with your own entrance and bathroom. You'll have your own TV with chromecast installed. During the summer this is the coolest place to sleep in in our house.

  On your time off we recommend visiting the lake, taking walks around the forests around the house, go for a bike ride or drive into the summer town of Karlskrona, which is on UNESCOs list over world heritages, and visit museums, restaurants, or visit the archipelago which is very affordable and accessible.
