Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten
You will be fully immersed in our culture as we do everything together as a family with you! Learn the way of life from how we grow our food, prepare traditional dishes, create artisanal chocolate and crafts, swim in the rivers, and enjoy the nature of the Amazon rainforest! You will have the opportunity to practice lots of Spanish (and Kichwa- the indigenous language)!
We also love learning about other cultures and are always open to trying and learning new things from you!Projekte mit Kindern
Dieses Projekt schließt möglicherweise den Umgang mit Kindern ein. Mehr Informationen findest du in unseren Verhaltensregeln und Tipps hier.
Arbeit
Work side by side with our family in planting and harvesting from our organic farm, with the ecological construction of our cabanas using local sustainable materials, cooking traditional dishes, making artisanal chocolate from our cacao, and creating traditional crafts from seeds, clay, and bamboo.

Was noch ...
In your free time you can enjoy the beauty of the Amazon rainforest. You're always welcome to hang out with us (we're always up to some kind of activity) or you can enjoy your free time as you wish! Relax in hammocks listening to the nature at our eco-cabanas, explore nearby rivers, waterfalls, hikes, rafting, kayaking, and popular tourist spots. Make artisanal chocolate, ceramics, jewelry, practice your Spanish, learn about medicinal plants of the rainforest, tend farm animals, and laugh with our family.
We have a cost to support the project as we provide 3 full home-cooked meals and provide activities such as yoga, cacao workshops/ ceremonies, trips to rivers/ waterfalls/ balnearios, guided jungle hikes, making artesanías/ handicrafts which you can take home, etc. The volunteer work is light so the costs supports purchasing the food, materials, and for time & energy of the activities we provide :)Etwas mehr Information
