I am a business owner…. Former professional manager working in state government. Well rounded in education and travel. I am a workaholic that is too busy to maintain my home as needed. Austin is the best place to live and site see. I often have visitors from all over the world that I have run across in my travel ventures. I love people who talk about their travels and who can blend into my household. I can also help you with your English practice if needed. A true cultural exchange is possible in Austin.

I am looking for an individual, who can help with house chores and house maintenance for 3 - 4 hours a day, 5 days per week; Weekends off. House work would include meal preparation at dinner time, and else as needed. Also, general lawn care such as mowing small area of grass, watering twice a week, flower planting, laundry once a week. Look for self starter as the 15 - 20 hours are flexible. I doubt if house chores will reach the actual 15 to 20 hour mark. Lost of free time to explore.

Enojy a three bedroom house with your individual bedroom which would include a queen sized bed, private bathroom. Also, wifi available. Self catering in the kitchen, pool table for private use, usage of original nintendo with games as well as super nintendo, playstation. Enjoy the privacy of a three bedroom house with air conditioning. Patio in the back with barbecue grill which includes the smoking area.

Austin is a metropolitan city that is known as being extremely eco friendly and prides themselves in being the music capital of the world. Austin is also a multi cultural city catering to the international traveler. There are 17 universities, rowing and boating available, as well as rock climbing and hiking and biking the green belt, fishing, shopping, diverse selection of restaurants, camping, enjoying the nations best barbecue and margaritas at sunset on one of several lakes. Much more to do than listed here. Close to Metro and transportaion available.
