  Hi!!
  
  We are a three people family, I'm a single father (Etienne,38 years old) and I have two kids (Lizon 11 years old and Elio 8 years old)
  
  We would love to host travelers wishing to discover our wonderful area ! We live in a calm and isolated place in the middle of the nature, with a stunning view on the surrounding valley.
  
  is the closest village (5 km away) There you can find shops, swimming pool, leisure areas... We are located 10 km away from Conques known for its abbatial and as a stop on the Way of Saint James. We are 35 min away from Rodez (Soulages Museum) 1 hour from Figeac (Champollion Museum) and from Aurillac (Massif Central) 2 hours from Toulouse and 2 hours and a half from Montpellier.
  
  Kids go to school in Saint Cyprien sur Dourdou and I'm a part time nurse.
  We have a farm including two different activities: beekeeping and walnuts, hazelnut, chestnuts picking (in order to make oil and spread) We also have a veggie garden.
  
  The activities we can propose are :

  . odd chores, upkeep
  . give a hand with the farm chores
  . help to improve our foreign language skills
  
  We speak french, but I can manage to speak english and spanish as well.
  By sharing our family life you will have the opportunity to learn french if you want so !

  Nous sommes trois. Étienne 38 ans le père de deux enfants, Lizon (11 ans) et Élio ( 8 ans).
  Nous sommes désireux d’accueillir des voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir notre magnifique région. Nous vivons sur la commune de Conques en Rouergue, dans un hameau isolé en pleine nature, calme, doté d'une vue imprenable sur la vallée alentour. 5 km nous séparent du bourg (tous les commerces, piscine, rivière,...) nous nous situons a 10 km de Conques, connue pour son abbatiale, célèbre halte sur les chemins de St Jacques de Compostelle. 35' de rodez (musée soulages), 1h de Figeac (musée Champollion) et d'Aurillac (massif central), 2 h de Toulouse et 2h 30 de Montpellier.
  Les enfants sont scolarisés à l'école de St Cyprien sur Dourdou, et Étienne travaille a mi temps comme infirmier.
  Nous avons une ferme comprenant deux ateliers de production : l'apiculture, la cueillette des noix et noisettes pour la transformation (huile, pâte a tartiner).
  Nous sommes français mais Étienne se débrouille en anglais et en espagnol.
  Etienne souhaiterai apprendre ou tout du moins s'initier à l'allemand

  We can advice you places worth to see around, so you could enjoy french and local architecture, history, culture and environment.

  Lorsque nous voyageons, nous apprécions de partager le quotidien des gens, c'est ce que nous vous proposons !

  De plus, notre fonctionnement sur la ferme peut vous intéresser (production de miel avec transformation ramassage des noix noisettes et châtaignes avec transformation). Là aussi diverses activités pourraient être proposées.

  Arbeit

  We would need some help with the daily chores (cleaning, cooking, odd chores) and to play with the kids.
  According to the saison, we would need help to renovate our house, inside (painting, small repairs) as well as outside (outdoor constructions, help at the veggie garden)
  Moreover you could be interested in our farm chores (honey production, walnuts, hazelnuts and chestnuts picking, oil and spread making...)
  
  Nous avons besoin d'aide pour les tâches quotidiennes ; liées à l'entretien de la maison (petit bricolage) ou à la vie quotidienne ( ménage, jardin, cuisine), jouer avec les enfants...
  Nous vous intégrerons dans notre vie quotidienne et vous pourrez participer aux différentes taches du quotidien (cuisine, rangement, ménage, lecture, jeux, vélo, discussions, activités pour les enfants, plantations, cueillettes…)
  … Selon les saisons, nous avons besoin d’aide pour améliorer l’intérieur de notre maison (peinture, travaux variés); l’extérieur aussi (aménagement extérieurs, jardin potager…)
