Dear friends
My name is Altynbek. I am 4 5 years old and I live in Bishkek with my wife and three children. I am an owner of language school in Bishkek, Kyrgystan.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of our educational community!
We would like to share more about who we are and the meaningful role that volunteers like you play in our school.
🔹 About Our School
Our school has been providing high-quality education since 2008. We are proud to have a team of around 30 professional teachers and over 40 experienced mentors who guide and support students throughout their journey to studying abroad.
Thanks to this dedicated support system, our students have achieved remarkable success — with average IELTS scores above 7.0 — and have been admitted to some of the world’s top universities, including Princeton University, Columbia University, MIT, and many others.
🔹 The Role of Volunteers
Volunteers like you bring tremendous value to our students by fostering cultural exchange and creating opportunities for them to practice spoken English in a relaxed and engaging environment.
At our school, volunteers usually lead 2–3 sessions per day — these are informal token clubs where you can share about your country, traditions, and personal experiences. These sessions are a fun, interactive way for students to expand their cultural awareness and communication skills.
Please note that these activities are not part of our core academic curriculum, and volunteers do not take on formal teaching roles, as most do not have professional teaching backgrounds. Your contribution is viewed as an enriching supplement to our program — and a powerful way to inspire and connect with students.

Our prospective volunteer will have an opportunity to become aware Kyrgyz culture, cuisine and tradition. Kyrgyzstan is home to many different nationalities and various cultures, over 80 nationalities live here.

Arbeit
We need volunteers that are passionate and eager to teach and practice English with our students. Must encourage our students to talk in English and come up with activities that would improve our student's English language proficiency. You don't have to be an experienced teacher. As long as you are fluent in English and open to teaching, we would love to have you here! We also need creative people who could make our school more fun and colourful.

Unterkunft
You will be living in two-storey apartment in the center of city next to all popular sights of Bishkek. The volunteer will have their own rooms, toilet and a shower. There is also a washer in our flat that you can use.
Also, you will be receiving food three times a day. The language school is situated just 5 minutes walking from the house.

On your free days, you can easily explore nearby stunning attractions and there is a lot to explore! Glaciers, waterfalls, canyons, hot springs, mountains, valleys, rivers, and many more. You can do lots of trekking and even horse tours. I'd also like to add that our country is really rich in beauty. 90 percent of the country's territory is occupied by the greatest mountains attracting tourists from all over the world.
And every weekend you will have a chance to see all our awesome places with your own eyes.
