  Our organization is a Social Enterprise that has been established with the purpose of educating the youth in Nepal. We offer scholarships to young people from different backgrounds, such as children from orphanages, mountains, and those who come from low-income families in Nepal, so that they gain the opportunity for a better future.
  
  Our objective is to empower the youth through education, by providing them with a variety of different skills within the tourism and hospitality industry. Our professional and experienced teachers will train and guide them as well as continue to support them with job placements within the tourism sectors in Nepal.
  
  Our aim is to help the youth to develop as individuals and further their career, by improving their skills, giving them the needed confidence for their future, and helping them to be placed in welcoming surroundings within the hospitality industries (such as hotels and cafes), through our training program.
  
  All funds to support the running of the school and the scholarships are raised from our BNB, our restaurant, our local Nepali food cooking classes we offer to our guests, and the training fees from fee-paying students.

  Volunteering with us, you’ll experience a lot of new things regarding different cultures and heritage of Nepal.
  
  As we have a training center, we have students from different backgrounds. So, you will get to interact with them, know about their cultures, languages, diversity and different lifestyles.
  
  We also have food cooking class for foreigners, so you can learn to cook our local food, taste different cuisines made by our students during the training time.
  
  As our country is a home to many UNESCO World heritage sites, you can visit the heritage sites and enjoy the natural beauty of our country. You can also visit local shops around and also the tourist hub, Thamel which is just 20 - 25 minutes walk from our place.
  
  By interacting with the trainees from different background and also the local people, you will broaden your global perspective which will help you appreciate the resilience and warmth of the Nepalese spirit.
  
  You will leave with unforgettable memories, valuable new skills, and a richer understanding of Nepal's people and culture, whether you are here to teach or learn. We assure you that you will have a lots of fun volunteering here.

  As our organization is a sustainable social enterprise with hospitality trainings, we’re excited to welcome volunteers who can bring fresh energy, skills, and ideas to our hospitality and tourism projects.
  
  Our volunteers can help us in various fields of hospitality management, language , gardening , some interior decorations and some knowledge regarding online booking.
  
  - Enhance our Menu
  You can share your knowledge about different cuisines you know which are new to us and healthy so that we can add it in our menu for our guests to relish on it.
  
  - More Knowledge about Hospitality Sector
  You can help us if you have knowledge about customer service and front office management. You can also share your knowledge on online booking of the rooms.
  
  - Interest in Kitchen Gardening
  If you have interest in kitchen gardening, then you are most welcome to help us in a small backyard space which we use for growing our own organic salads and other veggies.
  
  - Teaching and Learning New Languages
  You can teach the basic language you know and learn our languages and have interactions with trainees in our organization about your experiences in your related field.
  
  - Some Interior Designing
  You can help us make some changes in the interior of our rooms, café, restaurant, office and training classes which we run here.
  
  - Interest in Photography and Videography
  You can help us in taking pictures and videos of our ambience, food, training classes, guests and other activities that happens and then publish it in social media and other public platforms which can help us gain more guests in the restaurant and rooms and also more students for the trainings we provide here.
  
  By volunteering with us, you’re not just helping us out, you’re also empowering a new generation, sharing in meaningful cultural exchange, sharing your expertise in hospitality industry, sharing your love for greeneries and teaching something totally new things.

  Unterkunft

  We have our own BnB, you will be staying with us in one of our properties.
  
  Volunteer has to manage food themselves. We have our restaurant so we can provide food with 10% discount from the menu. We request, 3 hrs per day/5 days a week.

  Was noch ...

  In your time off you can visit the Saturday farmer's market, just 20 minutes walk from our place. If you like nature and love hiking then we can help you with hiking trips near from our place, where you can enjoy the nature as well as do hiking.
  
  If you like to enjoy the night life then you can visit Thamel which is a hub to various clubs and lounges, where you can see the nightlife of Kathmandu.
  
  You can also visit the heritage sites which re listed in UNESCO where you can get serenity and peace, and also learn about different cultures.
  
  We can also arrange for some volunteering in the remote areas if you want to learn about the village life as well.
