  Hello :)
  
  My name is Linda, I am 49 years old. I am married to Bjørn-Arvid, who is 43 years old. Together we have the girls Julianne who is 17 years old and Sunniva who is 15 years old.
  We live in Laukvik, a small village in Lofoten. We are home-loving people, Bjørn-Arvid is a captain, so he works at sea for 4 weeks, and is at home for 4 weeks.
  
  When he is at home, we want to be at home and do things around the house, the garden and at the cabin.
  And when he's at sea, I need some extra hands.
  
  The help will take place Monday through Friday, 5 hours a day. If you would like some days off mid-week to explore Lofoten, you can accumulate hours in advance.
  
  We have simple house rules that you will be introduced to—such as waste sorting. I also expect my guests to shower, brush their teeth, and wash their clothes regularly.
  It feels strange to include this here, but my past experiences make it necessary.
  
  We got a old house from my father in law, and we can do what we want with it. so if you want, you can be a part of this. Painting, cleaning, making new walls, floors, i think it will be fun, but it will take time, and it has to done nicely. outside of this house, we will make a new garden and a new parking for cars. This is more a a summer thing.
  
  At home there will be some painting, some work in the garden. work around the berrytrees and the strawberryfield. makeing flowerbeds, make a house for the airheating... many small things, we take it as it comes :)
  
  i have a boathous that need some paint, and a new wall. and another that needs a lot of love and care :)
  
  We have a small carrotfield and a onionfield that we handweed, with the best view over the sea.
  
  And in the summer we go to the cottage and would like to take you with us, do some work, pick berryes, and relax. It has a outdoor toilet, no electricity, wather from a river. and nice view. so you have to like this kind of life...
  there is a lake for fiching, but you can do it from the beach aswell.
  
  So what can we offer you as workawayers in freetime?
  Nice mountain walks, walks in the forest and on the beach. A relaxed environment, where we go to great lengths to ensure that our guests have a great experience. Some days are probably a bit hectic, but we'll make up for it. We can't promise sunshine on the days you're here, but we can promise you beautiful and wild nature. What experiences you are left with is very much up to you.
  The possibilities are many, feel free to check out Lofoten on the internet, maybe there is something you really want to experience. A trip from my place all the way to Å takes 2 hours.
  
  If you want to learn to knit, i can teach.
  
  We have now had over 100 young people visit our home and it has been an incredibly pleasant experience to get to know them all. I therefore want to continue as a host, come up with big and small projects around the house, and at the same time show what Lofoten can offer..
  
  Of course, I hold breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  But if you don't wish to eat what is being served, you are welcome to buy your own food and cook yourself.
  You have to put up with cats.( we have 3)
  we keep the work clothes you need.
  
  During the summer we can have 2x2 guests, winter ( oct-april) only 2. Feel free to message me for more detailed information or if you have any questions

  We live in a village, but have the opportunity to drive around to experience things from time to time.Here is just one question about what the guest wants to experience of Lofoten.
  But we prefer that the guests use the bus, as it is best for the environment and the safety of local drivers.
