We have a 3 ha rural property in the Ferguson Valley 30 mins from Bunbury and 2 hours south of Perth in West Australia. There are a range of wineries, breweries and galleries in the valley with beautiful rolling hills in a dairy and farming area.

Our property is in the Ferguson Valley wine region, and 30 minutes from the big regional city Bunbury, which is on the beach. There is bush walking in the forest behind us, and there is also mountain biking close by.
It is 90 minutes from the Margaret River region.
