  We run club for children ( Kindergarten age ; Secondary school age and Parents ) ,it is a non-profit club. I have good English as I lived & overseas in Australia and Other mum have worked with foreigners since 2015. I know it is like to be in a new strange country and have lots of experience working with foreigners and helping them settle in.
  ( Highlight activities : We have 1:1 teaching for children at parent's home ; Outdoor in Weekend, Summer camp, Raising fund for homeless people in Hanoi in Christmas Event, Making Chung Cake for Hanoi Homeless People in Lunar New Year;Service Learning - Helping Hands for Children with Disabilities in Hope Education Centre ( 1-2 afternoon /week (from 2:15 to 3:30) in Kim ma Street , Hanoi with topic about Christmas, Valentine, Color, etc ;Discovery Hanoi with volunteers, ...)

  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR ACCOMODATION BELOWING NOTES AND DISCUSS ABOUT HOUSE 'S DETAIL RULES WITH HOUSE OWNER ( IF APPLY) OR ANY YOUR CONCERNING IN ADVANCE WHEN YOU ARRIVE
  You will stay with a family have children, parents and grand parents/ relatives . These could be a house or an apartment . ( Hanoi bus system have app then you could easy to travel from Airport to Centre Hanoi and other side of Hanoi, We could guide you to know about that
  !!! Accommodation have or not have air conditioner ( we use the fan to save energy, protect Body not shock with hot/cold weather outside, then You will not be sick and have to change your travel schedule. . But we have fan and heater when needed. PLEASE TURN OFF ALL ELECTRIC EQUIMENT TO SAVE ENERGY AND KEEP LOWER AMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY BILLS which is expensive for us in Vietnam) . Consulting Temperature in Hot weather by Air conditional is 25 degree
  !!! If you do not want meal at home with host family please inform in advance to house owner ( 2 hours before the meal) , and show up at meal time when you are informed by house owner before
  !!! We are working person and have children , then if you go out in evening then please come back before 10 pm ( excepted some special case and should notice to the family in advance)
  !!! All family is control SCREEN TIME for the children ( max 30 minutes/ day) if children have finished all the task at home and school,
  and please not give them free with your phone / computer / watch
  If that one to be used for learning purpose please check with their parent permission in advance.
  
  P/S: All the HOUSE do not have Helper/Housemaid; House owner have to work or do business; we have the Children then Children will learn from ADULT

  #IF you could help for CLEAN your bow and disk , cup, kitchen, toilet, living room, kitchen etc after your using which will be best and not have strange smell to the house owner and
  # Due to Vietnam is tropical country and humid and avoid strange smell for house owner..., We suggest you have 1 to 2 times BATHING /day and washing your clothes everyday at home if apply
  Everyday, You should CLEAN your room/bed/table and fold your blanket and CLEAN up your mattress after using will be the best .
  All your belonging put in the order also the best.
  Please do not using your slipper inside the house , if you prefer to use it pls check with house owner before using or using slipper from the house
  #If you want to use any thing in the house please ask your house owner in advance ( like food in the fridge/on tables/ on big tray ... due to may be house owner use it to pray in advance then people could eat later and without people touching /tasting on that as our traditional region practices ) . Do not using anything in the house without asking and get permission . In Vietnam , using without asking will be rude person
  #If you have MONEY and expensive things please keep with you all the time , if you can not find it and lost it that will be come complicated in communication between host and volunteers and we could not response for that ..

  WHO : We are a family of five : 2 adults and 3 children : 13 year old ( studying Cambridge Program in English and Cello at Music School , 9 year old ( studied homeschooling until 6 year old, then studying in local school and Violin at Music school ) and 5 year old (is studying homeschooling until now)
  I had worked with Local NGO to support ethnic group in the North of Vietnam , Highland of Vietnam and Laos for keeping traditional medicine and micro financial for each household. I also attended many workshop for growing children and observer kindergartens in Hanoi . I love to share experience for travel and education /cultures

  WHO: We are a family of six : 3 adults and 3 children : 7 years old ( studies English from Kindergarten and Primary school ), 5 years old ( studies English from Kindergarten) and 20 months (going to a nursery).
  Ms Chau is an English tutor in an English centre, she can speak English, 1 child and her husband ( army doctor) can speak English but not much.
  Ms Chau have more free time in afternoon, then Ms Chau could guide you to find down her neighbors and family activities, etc
  WHERE: Ms. Chau's house have 1 room for a workawayer on My Dinh street ( Near My Dinh Bus Station, My Dinh Natioanl Stadium , My Dinh New Urban Area, Japanese International School of Japanese Government, Doan Thi Diem Private School, etc)
  From Noi bai airport , you take the bus No.109 to the last stop ( My Dinh Station) then Ms. Chau will pick you up. It’s just 400m from her house or Bus no.64 from Noi Bai Airport to Thanh Thai Street, Cau Giay District ( 1km more by taxi ) ( this bus is quicker)
  - The room is 14m2 and equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, an air-conditioner and a fridge. It’s next to a toilet and the kitchen so it’s very convenient for your daily activities. She can provide a desk and a chair if you need.
  WHAT: 7 and 5 years old children need to help with English ( speaking, writing, reading, listening) in late afternoon and evening. They are very friendly. Sometimes you can play games or do some creative activities with them like cooking or making crafts instead of studying via English lessons.

  WHO:Ms Ngoc has two Montessori Kindergartens, two children ( Grade 7 and Grade 3) , studied Kindergarten Teacher in Australia

  WHERE: My Dinh, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi
  Closing to My Dinh Bus station , Bus stop No.49, No 50, No.26 and Number E03
  WHAT: Ms Ngoc need help her kindergarten kids for 4 class from 6 month to 6 year old ( 30 minutes/class) in the morning ( 3 times/week ( monday to friday ); 8:30 am to 11: 000 then lunch with School Teachers there) . You will have Vietnamese Assistant Teacher and your own room for English activities . You could do activities with children ( Song, Music, Dance, Drama ,Drawing, Art and Craft ,Story Telling, Reading, Sport, Game, Language Art, Math, Science, Social , Stem, Cooking, Baking, , outdoor by working around or field trip with school .... then you could make the plan from your creative mind and sharing to assistant to prepare the material . School will support your travel allowance from Accommodation to school by Grab Motorbike ( return) to be more convenient for your and on time for class

  When you have time, you could go around to see street, people, foods, museums, pagoda ,local market, local village, coffee, meal, cinema, performance in Hanoi during the day you stay here
  If you would like to learn Vietnamese, We will have class for you which introduce by Kid's parents
  We could arrange something special for you then you could enjoy meal , exchange culture with children and their parents at school or visit their home, their family events like wedding party, dinner, etc in Hanoi or their hometown. Then You may feel that you have a new home in Hanoi.
  We also could arrange Vietnamese volunteer to support you to discover Hanoi and other place near Hanoi for you find interesting of Hanoi in Morning, Afternoon , Evening , Nightime at each corner of Hanoi by bus/ motorbycle/bycle/ on foot , etc and teach you to learn Vietnamese and Vietnamese Culture. More over, You could stay in our Vietnamese volunteers to enjoy Vietnamese homestay 's environment. ..Then you could be fall in love with Hanoi . You could meet and share all things with other foreign volunteers here also .
  -I also could take you go with me to see my father who stay in country side to see farms and rural life ( 40km from Hanoi to South East, we could take bus/taxi/motorbike). If you like you could stay there with my father ( doing housework, planning tree, feed chicken, teach his internet and english :), etc) and teach English for kids also in the village ( I will try to arrange English club there with the same purpose like I did in Hanoi)

  IMPORTANT FOR VISA: Pls have plan your travel in Vietnam to have Visa before you enter Vietnam. It will be save for your expense !!
  if you need extend visa, the time should be 5 days in advance of expired date. And Pls solve the visa issue on your free / off time/rest day.
  Now, Visa procedure is take longer , then pls apply as soon as possible . Pls apply destination for visa stamp in Vietnam as the same as your Air Ticket 's destination
  If you have exempted visa or electronic Visa ( 1 /2/3 month visa), then you have to go out of Vietnam to be renew visa

  General: Vietnamese visa is a kind of travel documents granted by Vietnamese competent authorities, providing permission to travel to and enter Vietnam.
  An electronic visa (E-visa) is one of visa types issued to foreigners by Vietnamese Immigration Department via electronic system. Vietnam E-visa is valid for maximum of 90 days, single or multiple entry.
  Outside Vietnam foreigners who want to enter Vietnam can personally apply for E-visa or through the requesting agencies and organizations.

  Max:90 days ( applying will be 3-4 working days) then at the last day at 5pm Vietnamese Time , you will get the visa if your applying is correct
  In Vietnam now, you need to do visa run to get new visa, when you go out you could apply again like that
  If you do visa run in Laos, you need to do by paper at Laos embassy in Hanoi for morning or afternoon , sometimes is during the day to get it .
  It will take 4-5 working days, then please arrange your time in advance and check for local public holiday and weekend to estimate your visa coming time and air ticket and travel plan
  Currently , you could not extend the visa inside Vietnam , then you should take longest visa 90 days to come to Vietnam due to If you like Vietnam landscape and travel around Vietnam which could take you slowly travel around 1 month and half or more

  SUMMER IN HANOI FROM MAY TO JULY IS HOT ( 38 degree)
  WINTER in Hanoi.The weather is cold which is under 10 degree. Pls check the weather before you come and bring warm clothes with you and speeping bag ( if any)

  A visitors book will Provide ,which helpers are expected to use on arrival. Details provided should include full name, nationality, passport or similar ID number, email address,mobile phone numbers and date of arrival.
