  We have been based on a farm in the center of France, Plateau Des Millevaches, for 17 years. It is a off the grid farm on an isolated site that we have built little by little, with a wooden frame and the house made of straw bales. Initially established in dairy and cheese farming, we are in the process of converting as peasant bakers.
  
  Thus, today we are doing a day of baking on Fridays, and hope to do a second one as soon as the bakery is finished. For this, at the moment, we are looking for people who can help us with the farm, with the garden, the animals and teaching English to the kids so that we have some extra time to be on the construction, to move forward on the bakery and make a cellar. We have a large garden that we work with animal traction, with a cow.
  
  We still make some cheese, mainly for ourselves and exchanges and now bread. We have pigs, we sacrifice one or two in the winter for meat, to make cold cuts and to store some for the year, as well as a calf from time to time.
  
  We also have 3 to 5 cows, depending on the period, which they are for milk and for working. We have planted fruit and berry trees and want to put even more, as well as start a forest garden, on this place and on another land a little further north. We sow part of the cereals that we use for bread and hope to finish the bakery and the sorting line to make flour.
  
  We make some of our soaps, ointments and tinctures for the family, and we sow flowers and some of the medicinal and aromatic plants. Moreover, we harvest seeds of flowers and certain vegetables.
  
  We have 4 children, 16-year-old Ayana, 15-year-old Naïm, 13-year-old Atis and 11-year-old Sol. The two older ones are now going to high school and college and the two younger ones are still homeschooling. Today, the idea is that they learn English, so we are mainly looking for people who speak English fluently, ideally as their mother tongue.
  
  We are looking for people who can get involved over the long term, for a minimum of one month, to help with all the activities of the farm, and family life, but not with regard to the commercial activity of the bakery.
  
  We live near lakes, on an isolated site, in the woods, surrounded by nature, 15 minutes from the villages of Faux la Montagne, Gentioux and Royere. One hour from Limoges. .
  
  I also practice some holistic therapy, and osteopathy and can share some practices as well as I love doing some yoga.
  I also play some traditional music in a local band.
  
  Nous sommes installé sur une ferme dans le centre de la France, Plateau Des Millevaches, depuis 17 ans.
  C est une ferme en site isolé que nous avons construit petit à petit, avec charpente en bois et la maison en botte de paille.
  D abord installés en élevage laitier et fromager, nous sommes en train de nous convertir comme paysans boulangers.
  Ainsi, nous faisons aujourd hui une journée de boulange les vendredi, et espérons en faire une deuxième dès que le fournil sera terminé.
  Pour cela, en ce moment, nous cherchons des personnes qui peuvent nous aider sur la ferme et avec les jeunes, afin que Pascal et moi puissions être sur la construction, pour avancer sur le fournil et faire un cellier.
  
  Nous avons un grand jardin que nous travaillons en traction animale, avec une vache. Nous faisons encore un peu de fromages, essentiellement pour nous et des échanges et maintenant du pain.
  Nous avons des cochons, nous en sacrifions un ou deux en hiver pour la viande, faire de la charcuterie et en stocker pour l année, ainsi qu un veau de temps en temps. Nous avons aussi de 3 à 5 vaches., selon les périodes, qui elles sont pour le lait et pour travailler.
  
  Nous avons planté des fruitiers et petits fruits et voulons en mettre encore d' autres, ainsi que démarrer un jardin forêt, sur ce lieu et sur un autre terrain un peu plus au nord.
  
  Nous semons une partie des céréales que nous utilisons pour le pain et esperons finir le fournil et la chaîne de tri pour faire de la farine.
  
  Nous faisons une partie de nos savons, pommades et teintures pour la famille, et nous semons des fleurs et une partie des plantes médicinales et aromatiques. D ailleurs, on récoltes des graines de fleurs et de certains légumes.
  
  Nous avons 4 enfants, Ayana de 16 ans, Naïm de 15 ans, Atis de 13 ans et Sol de 11 ans.
  Les deux grands vont maintenant au lycée et au collège et les deux plus jeunes sont toujours en homeschooling.
  Aujourd hui, l idée est qu ils apprennent l anglais, aussi nous cherchons essentiellement des personnes qui parlent anglais couramment, comme langue maternelle idéalement.
  
  
  Nous recherchons des personnes qui peuvent s impliquer sur un long terme, de un mois minimum, pour aider sur l ensemble des activités de la ferme, et de la vie de famille mais pas en ce qui concerne l activité commerciale de la boulange.
  
  Nous habitons proches de lacs, sur un site isolé, dans les bois, en pleine nature, à 15 mn des villages de Faux la Montagne, de Gentioux et de Royere.
  À une heure de Limoges. .

  We can pass on our knowledge and know-how on the farm. The region is beautiful and wild and there are bicycles available. We are surrounded by lakes, forests and pretty villages.   Arbeit

  We are looking for people for a long stay, two or three months minimum. We need construction help to make a storeroom and straw earth partitions. We are also looking for people to learn and improve English, for us and the children. We also have a yurt to assemble, to accommodate workawayers. In addition, on the farm there are always various jobs to be done, depending on the season, such as making firewood, going to mushrooms with the youngsters, canning, weeding, as well as cooking, processing fruit, making cheese, bread, ferments...
  
  Nous cherchons des personnes pour un long séjour, deux ou trois mois minimum.
  Nous avons besoin d aide en construction pour faire un cellier et des cloisons en terre paille.
  Nous recherchons aussi des personnes pour apprendre et améliorer l anglais, pour nous et les enfants.
  Nous avons aussi une yourte à monter, pour accueillir les workawayers.
  
  De plus, sur la ferme, il y a toujours divers travaux à faire, selon la saison, comme faire du bois de chauffage, aller aux champignons avec les jeunes, faire des conserves, désherber, ainsi que cuisiner, transformer les fruits, faire du fromage, du pain, des ferments...

  Unterkunft
