We are a french couple living in Pico island, in the Azores, with our 4 years old daughter. We run a bed and breakfast business and a wood carving gallery.
Adrien is also a skipper and whale spotter for a whale watching company in summertime. -

We will provide free accomodation, the helpers will be able to use our car to descover pico island, and azorean culture.

Arbeit
We need one helper during 3 weeks between January and February 2025 to help us landscaping. The project is to build a coy fish pound in ferrocement with water treatment system and landscaping around it. We also always need help in our garden, like pulling out weeds, cutting the grass...
We would like to welcome someone who already has knowledge in landscaping and ferrocement construction or fishfarming. -

Independant appartement with one double bed, small kitchen (one eletric plate, small fridge, micro wave, kettle), one sofa, one table and chairs and one bathroom. Ocean view !

Pico island is a small paradise for nature and ocean lovers. Sometimes in winter the weather can be rough, so helpers should not be afraid of wind and rain.
Storms are also beautiful to watch from a safe place. -
