Help our international family with some DIY projects in Hörbranz, Austria

  Hello! Thank you for your interest in our family and our project!
  
  We are Sandra (34 from Austria), Carlos (35 from Spain) and our son Rafael (3). We are an open minded family and like to share our time with friends, family and interesting people. We used to live in Vienna for 8 years and we have spent the last 2 years in Portugal. We have now decided to come back to Austria, but this time to my hometown (Hörbranz) on the other side of Austria.
  
  Now we are currently renovating the house, where we are living with my mum and my grandmother. The house is big, it has 3 floors and each floor is ~130 m2. It is surrounded by a big garden and a nice neighborhood. There is a lot of space for many people, but also a lot of work to do, as we have just renovated ~1/3 of it so far.
  
  We try to do everything by ourselves as well as keeping a daily routine with our son.
  Therefore we are looking for motivated people who would like to help and learn new skills! Experience in construction is a plus point.

  We speak fluent 3 languages, (German, Spanish and English) and a bit of Portuguese. We love travelling and we like exchanging experiences with other people. We like cooking Austrian food, having meals together and making trips.
  
  You can benefit of the quality of life of the country side, without giving up on the comforts and activities of a city, as we are close to the region's capital city and it is well connected by public transport. This area has a lot of activities to offer.

  Arbeit

  We are currently looking for somebody who helps us with the renovation of our house. Most of it doesn't require high skills in the field, and we can help as we have already done it previously. Some examples would be laying the floor, painting walls, cutting the grass... etc.

  Unterkunft

  We have multiple bedrooms available. A 10 m2 room newly refurbished and a 17 m2 in good condition. Fully furnished.

  Was noch ...

  Hörbranz is next to Germany’s border and 20 min. away by car from Switzerland. It's a beautiful place surrounded by nature, forest, mountains and well-known places like the Constance lake, the famous Lindau island, and also next to the region’s capital, Bregenz. This region is also known for its hiking, biking and skying tourism and eventhough there’s no seacoast, the big lake, which borders with Austria, Switzerland and Germany, has a lot of free public areas where you can have a bath, go swimming or practice some water sports like windsurfing, padel surf, etc.
  
  The lake is around 15 min. away by bicycle from the house. The next mountain for going hiking, called Pfänder is also 15 min. away. There is a really nice view all over the lake and the capital at the top.
