Help me with gardening and DIY projects at my village house in Karamürsel, Turkey

  Hello every one, my name is Omer Deniz Arzuman 58 years old single ( I have grown kids) and working in Ship Building businees(Ship Yard),many country I have been in pretty long time with varius culture. I am trying to run a way from city life as a most of the people, as soon as possible.As my plan end of 2023 I will leave from the City and I have village house in Milas/Turkey since last 6 years.
  House was very poor condition and more then 100 years old.I had all ready renew it mainly.But still have many things to do with barn to be change to shop,garden need totaly design and revise,I am planing to make small pool,chicken coop and many renewal necessary.I am planing to do all by my self and of course need some handy help.For me enjoyable things and looking for people whom like that.I think max. two person I can host.
  House ready to use it bed room,WC,kitchen,water,power, etc.
  Village small and very quiet,population around 150 people and they are producing mainly olive oil and milk producing.People have open mind and they are very nice with people. populer area for Turism. Airport 22km. far a way.also Main Hospital. Bigger village 4km a way you can find Bank,many shops/markets and street bazaar.Everything you need you can by.If necessary 18km a way many shopping centres...(wich is I never go :)) )
  Village not near by sea side but many alternatives spots you can select 15-20 min driving you can reach (also popular area Bodrum not far a way 50km).During the my stay in village I do tasks for 4-5 hrs. then I go sea side by my veichle.(motorbike and car),I have one lovely small type dog and cat.(pet lover please)

  I am coming from city and I have my own Turkish city culture,same time I will learn Turkish village culture wich is interesting for me as well.Travellers can be illustrate and to compare with own country.
  Also if they interesting village life for their future they can compare,they can get idea from here or they can give ideas (wich is greatfull)

  Mainly I will do major things all I need helper for Garden organisation/design-planting-miner construction repair-steel construction-wooden job-fence-cleaning garden etc..

  Unterkunft

  I have house in 600sqm land,two bedrooms one closed porch included to house with kitchen,shower,wc,heater,water,internet,any kind of food(I am cooking my self with very rich menu..)
  My opinion not necessary bring huge back pack.Even not necessary bring towel,tent,sleeping bag etc.Only personal things good enough.

  For me no need any rush and heavy tasks,I would like to enjoy what I am doing and break times.So in that case helpers would be the same.
  If summer time we can go swimming,I like to go fish restaurants time to time(from on my account)
  Trekking around mountaine,discovery another closer city beach,biking,etc..
