Welcome to all people en route through this area who want to take a few days off on their trip, exchanging mutual collaborations relaxed in a friendly atmosphere. I live in the NW of Spain, north of Galicia, in the province of A Coruña near the "Camino de Santiago" between the natural park of "Fragas do Eume" and the Betanzos estuary. 7 km from the beaches of "Ponte do Porco" and Miño, in an old and restored canteen house in a small village surrounded by rivers in the forest.

I am a 65-year-old creative woman,

Cheerful, agile and hospitable, I value Nature as a school of healthy living. I love fresh food (pescatarian), good music and clean air, so I prefer not to share with carnivores, smokers or unnecessary noises. I offer myself as a local guide to discover the treasures that surround us, nearby natural parks, monasteries, old water mills, petroglyphs, river walks or walks among sea rocks, among others.

Luckily I have a wooden workshop where I used to teach how to make small homemade arrangements and practical and creative objects. Now I would need some help to reorganise it, in addition to small maintenance tasks in my organic garden, with some fruit trees, flowers, cooking or sorting and ordering old rustic objects that I used to work with before I had damaged my shoulder and retired.

I have also worked as a Spanish teacher for immigrants of different nationalities in case you are interested in deepening my language.

Unterkunft
Old traditional canteen house surrounded by garden in the middle of nature.

It has three floors, on the second floor you can enjoy a separate double room and bathroom with shared shower or use a separate bathroom for you in the garden. For families with children I have an open space on the second floor with two double beds separated by beautiful blackout curtains, while adults would sleep in the adjoining independent double room.

You can enjoy the open kitchen whenever you want, we will cook together, extra homemade organic eggs, and eat in the adjoining dining room or in the beautiful attached greenhouse or in the garden as we feel like. My habit is to have breakfast and lunch, I don't make dinners. We will agree on the schedules. I like the flexibility of reasoning for common enjoyment.
I you feel like I could show you nice places to have a drink at night few kms far from home or recomend you some restaurants for a nice local dinner

This is a nature area, of walkers, cyclists, riders, caravans or private cars, there is little public transport but I can approach the bus or train or, if you need shops, pharmacy or other connections about 7km from home, as we agree.

In summer there are countless local popular festivals to have fun, in almost all of them they offer traditional sea or garden products for lunch or dinner with traditional live music.

There are also concerts and other outdoor events. People who live in this region like summer parties.

Maybe you can sail or ride, swim if it is of your interest. I suggest you ask me before coming to see availability and dates
