Come join us here, our fantastic Costa Rican circus school and retreat center. Currently looking for someone with social marketing skills to help us promote an upcoming tour. You need knowledge of trends, bridging from trends to specific marketing of brand, camera, iPhone and editing a must. Long term.
My name is Jonathon. I grew up working with underserved communities such as mental illness, head injured, drug addicts, abandoned children. I went on to open a company called Trapeze School New York, then opened the business in Costa Rica. Our Costa Rica team is currently developing a funk music show which will travel up the West Coast of California this summer. Our property is located at 1800 feet above the sea level surfing town of Dominical. In the area there is hiking, paragliding, waterfalls, swimming, canyoning and of course, our flying trapeze. We'd like to meet you.

We are in a constant state of skill building and creativity in addition to maintenance of course. We speak Spanish and English so, you can get help or help with both. You will be living in one of the most beautiful places in the word surrounded by wonderful adventure. Our team is deeply rooted in the local community and there are endless opportunities to build your global family with the students who come through to learn at our circus school.

We are currently looking for someone with social marketing or admin skills. If you apply for admin, you must speak Spanish.
Dates: Social Media, long-term starting immediately. Admin, long term, mid-December.
You’ll stay in the Costa Rican retreat with views of one of the tallest waterfalls in Costa Rica. We are looking for someone right now to tackle marketing in April/May and become part of the Workaway staff in preparation for the team of acrobats, musicians, dancers, and roadies to embark on their summer tour in July.
Preference is given to people with social media experience. This work exchange could lead to greater things if you are a hard-working, easy-going, communicating, self-motivated, daring, and creative person. We’re seeking someone to master the social media campaign in exchange for room, board, and trapeze training. We also always look for WorkAway staff to run the retreat center each month so the right person might also transition into other roles here

Unterkunft
We have a number of rooms. We all switch to whatever spaces aren't being used by the clients. If you are someone who needs a more stable space, we can help create that for you with a tent. the living can flow between luxury and roughing it and we love the variation. It's elegant hobbit. We live on a mountain side above the ocean looking at a 600 meter high waterfall. During the summer many nights we simply sleep under the stars.
For food when we are not on tour we will shop at local markets once a week and eat food that grows on the property. We will all have cooking and cleaning responsibilities every day. The food will be mostly organic vegetables, rice, beans, chicken and a wide variety of preparations that have thrilled our guests. When on tour, we will shop together near the venues and prepare food together at our camp, home stays or hotels.

What you should know about me is that I am an intense creator and have high expectations of everyone who benefits by being on the team. I will go the distance to ensure that you get a great experience and I want you to invest a great effort for us in return. Be mindful about how you write your introduction as first impressions will seal your fate. I'm not easy and the work is hard but could be very rewarding. On your off time, well, you are in Costa Rica so hike, waterfalls, swim, beach, dance and if you are a circus performer, perfect your craft. This place and team are the best but we all work hard for it. Thanks for carefully considering.
