Beschreibung
Hello, we are an Italian-Portuguese family, Silvia, Nuno, Luca and Fabio (7 and 4 years old). We moved to the south of Portugal and started our life project : building an agro-tourism. We have a 4 hectares land planted with almost 1000 trees, olive trees, almond trees, pomegranate trees and carrob trees.
We have three small touristic units that we rent.

We are living in a very multicultural region, where there are people from all over the world with the most different stories. We ourselves are a mix family, Portuguese and Italian and most of our friends are too.
Here people are very easy-going and it is easy to get to know each other and share experiences, as it is a small place famous to be well-coming with travellers and foreigners.
Arbeit
We are looking for someone to help in gardening, weeding, harvesting, vegetable garden and planting, basically helping in all aspects of maintaining our 4 hectares land.
Previous experience is preferred but not compulsory, all the tasks can be learnt and we have no problems teaching and showing how to do things.
We are starting studying permaculture and agroforestry and we would also like to share this knowledge.

Unterkunft
Our workawayers will be hosted in our cozy little caravan. There is a new bathroom just outside the caravan, with toilet and hot shower.
Our property is located in the countryside, close to a small village (walking distance) where there are public transports to beaches and the closest city (Lagos). We have bicycles to lend.
We are very open minded people and we like to discuss everything. Our idea is that we will provide one meal (lunch or dinner) on working days, more details will be arranged together.

We live in west Algarve, a very beautiful place well-known for its beaches and surf spots but not only, because there are plenty of activity people could do in the wild nature around here, such as cycling, trekking, riding or simply walking through the hills which surround our land.
