  We are a family of four who turned our dreams into reality back in 2020. Our journey began in the Mediterranean and has since taken us across the Atlantic, through the Panama Canal, and across the vast Pacific. For us, sailing is more than just travel. It is a shared passion for discovery and a beautiful, unique way of life that we embrace together with our two daughters.
  
  Currently, we are stationed in a beautiful marina in the Maldives. Our project has recently grown, and we are now managing two yachts. One is our cozy family home, and the other is a dedicated project boat that we are actively preparing for its upcoming charter season.
  
  We are looking to welcome a proactive, non-smoking female crew member who is eager to become a heart-felt part of our daily rhythm. As we focus on maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle on board, we would be especially delighted to find someone with a natural talent or background in wellness, such as massage therapy, yoga, or holistic care. Having someone who can help us create a peaceful, rejuvenated atmosphere for the family is something we truly value.
  
  Since we are also launching our new charter venture, there is plenty of room for creative input too. If you have experience in administration, marketing, or social media, your skills would be a fantastic asset behind the scenes.
  
  While we cherish a harmonious environment, we are also in a busy preparation phase where practical help is essential. We value someone who is ready to get involved in the physical, everyday reality of boat life. This involves household hospitality like cooking and keeping our spaces organized. Importantly, it also includes the actual physical work of boat care. We need help with daily interior and exterior cleaning, assisting in maintenance tasks like polishing, lending a hand during mechanical repairs, and even helping with sewing or organizing boat equipment.
  
  Ultimately, we are seeking a diligent and positive soul who is happy to balance making our yachts feel like a true home with the rewarding work of boat preparation. In return, you will get to escape the daily rush, experience the real and personal side of the cruising lifestyle, and immerse yourself in the magic of the Maldives. While you will pick up practical knowledge about day-to-day yacht life, the real magic is having the Maldives as your backyard. It's a unique chance to unwind and experience this island paradise from a perspective that very few tourists ever get to see.

  Arbeit

  We are seeking cheerful, easy-going, non-smoking, and proactive female crew members to join us. You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas! We are looking for team players who can contribute to one or more of the following:
  
  Wellness and Household Care (High Priority): Providing high-quality massages, physiotherapy, or yoga instruction for the family. Alongside wellness duties, helping with general cooking, food preparation, and maintaining a cozy, well-organized home on the water.
  
  Business and Media: Administration, marketing, sales support, photography, videography, and social media content creation for our upcoming charter operations.
  
  Cleaning: Daily interior and exterior cleaning of the yachts, doing dishes, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
  
  Yacht Care: Assisting with general boat care like polishing, helping during repairs, basic maintenance, sewing, and organizing boat equipment.
  
  Alongside your skills, please provide examples of related work experience. Also, send us your Instagram or other social media profiles. If you do not have any, a short introduction video (30–60 seconds) made with your phone will suffice. Occasionally, we might ask you to bring boat parts or small items that we have ordered to your address.

  Our yachts offer cozy, private cabins for our crew. Depending on how many workawayers join us at the same time, you might have your own cabin or share one with another female crew member. Onboard, you'll have access to shared areas including a comfortable living space, a well-equipped galley (kitchen), compact marine bathrooms, and the upper deck for relaxation.
  
  The best part is that since we are docked in a premium marina, your "home" extends well beyond the yacht! Just steps away from the boat, you will find a vibrant environment with great restaurants, a beautiful beach, a swimming pool, and various sports facilities to enjoy during your free time.

  We are looking for non-smoking female workawayers eager to be an active, helpful part of our crew. Please note that while on board, your free time will often be spent with us. While we are safely docked in the marina (which gives you easy access to shore), boat life is still a close-knit community experience. We value someone who enjoys their own company as well as our company during their stay.
  
  Travel Insurance: Ensure your insurance covers your travel on a sailboat and stay in the Maldives.
