We are the Reiyan (Rei Stone) people; our name comes from an origin story. We tell of a splitting boulder. Our home is the birthplace of the Sekoleq division of the Atayal Tribe. Here, the breeze awaken old memories and the spring waters sound with songs of old. Our agricultural practices are part of Taiwan's history, Deep in the uninhabited mountains, millet and red quinoa grow with only the cries of eagles and muntjacs for company.
