  Dear volunteers,
  We are a small family living in the heart of Mavrovo National Park, surrounded by beautiful mountains, forests and nature. We own a few apartments for rent and are looking for friendly, positive and motivated people who would like to help us with daily tasks around the property.
  The help mainly includes assisting with welcoming guest in the apartments, check ins, light cleaning and organizing, helping in the garden and outdoor areas, maintaining the yard, and occasionally helping with small renovation projects in the kitchen or apartments. There is always something creative and different to do, so we truly appreciate people who are willing to help and learn new things.
  In return, you will have the chance to experience peaceful life in one of the most beautiful parts of North Macedonia. During your free time, you can enjoy the incredible nature of Mavrovo National Park — hiking, fresh mountain air, lakes, forests, beautiful sunsets and a slow, relaxing lifestyle away from busy cities.
  We love meeting people from different cultures, sharing stories, food and experiences, and making our guests feel like part of the family. We are looking forward to welcoming kind and open-minded people into our home and creating beautiful memories together.
  We prefer hosting two volunteers together, such as couples or friends, as we feel it creates a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  Travellers will have the opportunity to experience authentic life in a small mountain community inside Mavrovo National Park. They can learn about our culture, traditions, local food and the slower, nature-connected lifestyle that people live here.
  
  By spending time with our family, guests can improve practical skills such as gardening, hospitality, welcoming guests in apartments, organizing spaces, and helping with small renovation and outdoor projects. They will also have the chance to exchange ideas, languages, stories and experiences from different cultures.
  
  Most importantly, we hope travellers will feel like part of the family, enjoy meaningful human connections, and create beautiful memories while exploring the natural beauty of North Macedonia.

  During their free time, helpers can fully enjoy the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of Mavrovo National Park. The area is perfect for hiking, walking through forests, exploring mountain villages, swimming or relaxing near the lake, enjoying nature, fresh air and beautiful sunsets.
  There are also opportunities to experience local culture, traditional food and everyday life in a small mountain community. In winter, the ski center is nearby, while during summer the national park is ideal for outdoor adventures and relaxation.
  Public transport is available from larger cities, and we can help volunteers with information about arriving here and getting around the area. We want our guests not only to help and learn new skills, but also to truly enjoy their stay, slow down from busy everyday life and create meaningful memories in nature.
