Come and meet many different excited children and adults who may have never spoken to a native speaker in our language school in Wąbrzeźno, Poland

  Beschreibung

  I run a language school in a small town called Wabrzezno which is approximately 3hr train from Warsaw or Gdansk. I recommend visiting Malbork if you travel from the north plus the tourist town of Torun is close and recommended to explore.
  
  My residential town is easy to walk around with shops, restaurants, lakes, swimming pool and cycling routes. The school is 5 classrooms in the house my husband and I live in.
  
  I am looking for two native English speaking female volunteers, ideally over 28 yrs old with some basic experience of TEFL or English conversation interacting with children from 5 years old to adult students of 65 years old.
  In exchange for your own bedroom, free WIFI and 3 meals a day (sorry, a vegan diet is not possible), I request 4-5 hours conversation and/or play (with the youngest children), Monday to Friday. Hopefully you would be happy to do more sessions and meet more people as my students are excited to talk to native English speakers. If you decide to do extra hours you will get extra payment for doing them.
  
  With this in mind, I request a Skype or What’s App, whatever video call option is best for the both of us. We can discuss the school, the area, any queries you may have and I hope you don't mind but I need to listen to your accent :-)
  
  My first volunteer was happy to 'work' with some adult, teenagers and kids students. Polish teacher will run each class and you will support them for 15+minutes depending on age/ability. Classes are 7 maximum and the majority of lessons are after regular school is finished. A possible schedule is:
  
  9.30am to 11.30am adult conversation
  3pm to 7pm various children / teenager / adult lessons
  
  I am flexible with your preference of early or late mornings, and we can work out the best hours for you and my students. Many of my adults would also be interested in taking you around the town or to meet their families or out for evening meal, to continue the conversation.
  
  JUNE SPECIAL
  *️️️️️️️️*️️️️️️️️Additionally I host a summer school, Monday 24th to Friday 28th June 2019. I would need 1 or 2 extra volunteers at this time.
  
  I provide a full programme Monday to Friday 9.00am to 2.00pm of activities and interactive classes through the whole week. This is mainly for children ages from 7 to 15 yrs old. Hopefully with more volunteers we can more offer sessions including adults.
  
  Ideally you would arrive a couple of days before so we can coordinate the week ahead. Hopefully we would have 4 volunteers so we would offer twin bedrooms. During this week, I request volunteers make their own lunches.

  We are accessible from popular tourist areas such as Gdansk and Malbork in the north or Warsaw and Torun in the south. You will meet many different excited children and adults who may have never spoken to a native speaker.
  
  Some of my teenagers will be studying for their exams and some of my adults will be very happy to discuss their lives and experiences in Poland. They will all be keen to hear about your country and culture.

  Single room [or shared twin bedroom during the summer camp week], 3 meals a day including weekends and free WIFI.
  
  I am happy to cook most days but we can co-ordinate a plan if you want to help with the cooking. During the summer camp week, I would definitely need volunteers to prepare their own lunches. You would always have access to the kitchen during the daytime.

  Saturday and Sunday are your own days to relax or explore the area. You can travel by bus and train, I am 5 minute walk to Wabrzezno bus station, the local train station is only 10 minutes away and the train to Torun is 35 minutes.
