  Hello, we settled as a couple (young retirees) 1 year ago in this pretty little place, in the heart of "Tuscany Occitane" and in the tourist circuit of the Albigensian bastides. We plan to make our land the most favorable to biodiversity, to develop different activities aimed at protecting and enhancing the natural heritage, to develop our food autonomy, to share our little experience and to learn together. We are beginners but curious and we are training. It is the countryside at home, but there are woods nearby, the village very close, a small town with all the services 12 km away. And many small participatory villages, many collaborative social experiments around us. A real laboratory! There are two of us and we want not to be isolated in our effort to enhance the place, replant trees!
  
  
  Bonjour, nous nous sommes installés en couple (jeunes retraités) il y a 1 an dans ce joli petit endroit, au coeur de la "Toscane Occitane"et dans le circuit touristique des bastides Albigeoises. Nous avons pour projet de rendre notre terrain le plus favorable à la biodiversité, de développer différentes activités visant à protéger et mettre en valeur le patrimoine naturel , de développer notre autonomie alimentaire , de partager notre petite expérience et d'apprendre en commun. Nous sommes débutants mais curieux et nous nous formons. c'est la campagne chez nous, mais il y a des bois à proximité, le village tout près, une petite ville avec tous le services à 12 km. Et beaucoup de petits villages participatifs, beaucoup d'expérimentations sociales collaboratives autour de nous. Un vrai laboratoire! Nous somme deux et avons envie de ne pas être isolés dans notre effort pour valoriser le lieu, replanter des arbres!

  We can take you to the market, to friends, to local cultural meetings and events (citizen café...), to the cinema... to visit and hike.
  We can explain to you how to plant trees, maintenance, garden maintenance, even if we are not specialists. We will be delighted to discover other ways of life and perhaps other ways of working, we are curious and in a process of mutual learning. We are used to meeting foreign people, within our family and our relatives.

  Nous pouvons vous amener au marché, chez les amis, à des réunions et manifestations culturelles locales ( café citoyen...) , au cinema...faire des visites et randonnées.
  
  Nous pouvons vous expliquer comment planter des arbres, l'entretien, l'entretien du jardin, même si nous ne sommes pas des spécialistes. Nous serons ravis de découvrir d'autres modes de vie et peut-être d'autres façons de travailler, nous sommes curieux et dans une démarche d'apprentissage mutuel. Nous avons l'habitude de côtoyer des personnes étrangères, au sein de notre famille et de nos proches.

  Arbeit

  We would like you to participate in various projects to be launched or in progress:
  - Planting fruit trees and hedges (preparing the ground, mulching, protecting the trunks)
  - Pruning and natural maintenance of trees, pruning.
  - Preparation of decoctions and plant purines
  - Garden maintenance (fetching wood, bamboo, leaves ... sowing, planting)
  - Designing a place for growing mushrooms, setting up the culture).
  - Planting borders and starting the chicken coop.
  - Earth-straw coating on the chicken coop
  - Digging a pond (to be confirmed)
  - Making a pergola with planting climbing plants
  - Clearing, mowing the lawn
  The goal is to do as many things as possible together.

  Nous souhaitons une participation à différents projets à lancer ou en cours :
  - Plantation d'arbres fruitiers et de haies (préparation du terrain, paillage, protection des troncs)
  - Taille et entretien naturel des arbres, élagage.
  - Préparation de décoctions et purins de plantes
  - Entretien du jardin ( aller chercher du bois, des bambous, des feuilles ...semis, plantations)
  - Conception d'un lieu pour la culture de champignons, mise en place de la culture) .
  - Plantation de bordures et mise en route du poulailler.
  - Enduit terre-paille sur le poulailler
  - Creuser une mare ( à confirmer)
  - Fabriquer une pergola avec plantation de plantes grimpantes
  - Débroussaillage, tonte du gazon
  Le but est de faire le plus possible de choses ensemble.

  Unterkunft

  We offer an independent cottage in the same building as our house. It is very comfortable and we can cook for ourselves.
  We propose 3 meals a day, we can both do the cooking if you like

  Nous proposons un gite indépendant dans le même bâtiment que notre maison. Il est très confortable et on peut se faire à manger.
  Nous proposons 3 repas par jour, nous pouvons faire la cuisine ensemble .

  Was noch ...

  We like to have a little peace and quiet from time to time. There is a dog and cats in the house. The nearest train station is 12 km away (gaillac). A bus passes through the village morning and evening. You can go to the village on foot (12 mins). We want discretion but it is possible to receive a few people. Many interesting visits and walks in the surrounding area.

  Nous aimons avoir un peu de tranquillité, de temps en temps. Il y a un chien et des chats dans la maison.
  La gare la plus proche est à 12 km ( gaillac). Un bus passe au village matin et soir. On peut aller au village à pied ( 12 mn) .
  Nous souhaitons de la discrétion mais il est possible de recevoir un peu de monde.
  Beaucoup de visites et de promenades intéressantes dans les environs.
