  **About Me**
  
  I am a single university teacher and business consultant with two grown kids who study elsewhere and come home occasionally. I lead a dynamic life full of projects: I teach "Brand Management" at the university, consult businesses, and own a restaurant in Milano.
  
  I am deeply passionate about giving back to students and learning from them. Most of my students are on Erasmus exchange programs, which has allowed me to embrace a multicultural and enriching environment.
  
  **Hosting Priorities**
  Due to the severe housing crisis in Bologna, I prioritize hosting students, especially those engaged in study-related activities.
  Due to the size of my home, I am unable to accommodate couples or families.
  
  **Typical Stay**
  The usual stay at my home is between 3-5 weeks, depending on your schedule and availability. If we get along very well, I may consider hosting you for a longer period.
  
  **What You Can Expect**
  I live in a house with a cat and a garden in the city center. The garden is under improvement and needs light maintenance but can be enjoyed during spring and summer. My cat also loves spending time in the garden and will need some care, especially when I am away.
  
  I travel for business 4-8 days every month, so I also need someone responsible for light house-sitting duties during my absence.
  
  In return, I’m happy to share my knowledge about branding, marketing, business, and digital strategies with digital nomads or students interested in these areas.

  I live in the city center of an artistic city with the oldest university in the world. Myself I teach at University. Venice, Florence, Milano and Rome within easy reach (the house is 1 km away from station). City is rather international and has a big crowd of foreign students.
  Available to assist with the subjects I am teaching: branding, marketing, fashion, digital and business in general.
