Renovating and gardening an oceanview villa in Madeira

  I'm Erik, a 35 y/o guy from the Netherlands. I'm moving to Madeira to run my small company remotely. I just bought a house which needs renovating and it would be very nice to connect with people. I'm well integrated in the dancing and hiking community here, so i can show you the way. We're a great match if youre a positive person with either an interest in self development, meditation, hiking, or just general introspective talks.
  It would be great if i can do some chores together apart from the stuff you will do by yourself.
  
  I will host a max of 2 workawayers at the same time. I get a lot of responses so i try to make a selection of chill people who i'd think who will get along well :). So please tell me a bit more of what kind of person you are. Also i prefer people who stay a bit longer so we have a chill vibe and don't mind cooking (or taking turns) in cooking.

  Madeira is a great island for hikes, canyoning and... Bachata dancing!
  I'm well integrated in the hiking community here aswell as dancing. Be prepared to be taken to some dances ;). Apart from that, i would like to set up some meditation groups aswell.

  Arbeit

  You will have a reeeallly big advantage if you have actual experience with construction or as a handyman to do stuff like:
  
  Allround work with fixing up the house:
  - painting walls (inside)
  - laminate flooring in 1 bedroom.
  - removing old kitchen & placing new one
  - removing old shower booth & placing new one
  - hanging lights outside
  - making arches in doorways.
  
  Garden
  - Drywalling outside walls
  - levelling a small floor
  - putting tiles on 2 small stairs
  - replacing metal fence by stone one (upstairs)
  - replacing metal fence by stone one (garden)
  - making an outside countertop and sink (on terrace downstairs)
  - removing sink (in garden)
  - removing small corragated sheet roof
  - making pergola for grapevines

  Everything: bedroom bathroom, kitchen & living room for you and possibly one other workawayer.

  Was noch ...

  The most chill cities (funchal, ponta do sol and camara de lobos) are really nearby.
  There is a bus stop really near my house so you'll be easily in Funchal, but a car/scooter is better.
  
  You can also go for hikes easily by joining some groups that organize a lot of hikes free to join. I'll probably be in funchal a lot so i can drop you off, but bolt taxis are pretty cheap aswell.
