Our Surfcamp & Guesthouse is located in a Nature Reserve and Special Ecological Area. To get here there is a hiking trail that starts at Serra do Topo and ends in Fajã dos Cubres. We are located in the middle, so no roads or cars around you, just nature.

We work hard to provide our guests with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, one were you can take the time to be with yourself, to share your life experiences with people from other countries and culture.
This place is magical and having that always in mind, we respect the surroundings and teach our guests how to do so.
Surfing travelers are our core market, however, in the last few years we have had the pleasure of welcoming several yoga retreats and mindfulness encounters. This also means we are on the right way to creating the ambiance we looked for.
My name is David, this house has been in my family for a few decades. I took it as a personal quest to rebuilt and adapt the building. I am passionate about surfing, and work hard during the summer season in order to travel the world surfing in the winter time. I find it very rewarding to work with people from different cultures, I truly believe it makes me a better person and adds value to our surfcamp and the service we provide.

Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

The Azores are still a remote location, with mostly untouched nature. Our surfcamp is located in a natural reserve, no public electricity, on and off internet/mobile signal, no stores, no cars. You and nature all around. Being in this setting makes people naturally want to enjoy each others' company, share experiences, surf, hike, fish, immerse in nature.

Arbeit

We are looking for people to help around the camp. This means helping out with cooking, cleaning, transfers and, more important, interacting with guests and truly enjoying their company, sharing cultures and provide for their needs during their stay.
