  We are an italian/German learning laboratory and networking opportunity through which independent school experiential educators, administrators, & classroom teachers can share their challenges and successes, learn of and from model programs, and explore the developing role of experiential practices within our educational communities.
  
  Our wilderness Camp is located near Montopoli in val d'Arno (Pisa). Our principal mission is to create experiences for Kids/adults for learning in nature. Therefore we need to build up a biodiverse and well planned base, permaculture gardening around our camp and lots of crrative nature Art & sculptures.

  We're doing Experiential education programms mainly outdoor and if you interested in working with people you can learn a lot of things (from the basics in treeclimbing to a advanced mobile rope courses...take it like this "a mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions" and it depends on you.
  
  Explore new parts of yourself, learn or practice the italian language and get into a wonderful network of alternative way of life. We can introduce you to many parental school networks from summerhill pedadgogy to Montessori &Waldorf comunities.

  Arbeit

  If you have some nature based skills (Gardening - building - permaculture ecc) and you like to spend a while in nature at our wilderness camp you're very welcome! We're looking to set up a synergic vegetable garden, straw houses and a big wooden tipi. Although we have lot's of clay, wood and sand for building and creating a magic and educational place to be.

  Unterkunft

  Tent @ the camp - view Photos (possible from April - November) with use of the services in my private place. (Shower, Toilette, electricity, Wi-Fi) You invited to participate at the meals in my home (an old farming place 250 mt from the wilderness camp where you can stay) If you want to cook by yourself you can use the camp kitchen made by two gas-cooker and other necessary stuff.

  Was noch ...

  You located between Pisa - and Florence! A place in the middle of the cultural heritage and landscapes of tuscany. With our bike you can get easily to the next Train Station (4-5 km) (San Romano - Montopoli) and get in 15 minutes to Pisa or in 40 min to Florence. In you are here in the summer period it's possible that you'll have the chance to assist at one of our experiential summercamps outdoor for kids. (if you want to...)
