This is a small Boutique Hotel in El Castillo, near the Arenal Volcano (4km) and Lake Arenal(1.6km) and the rain forest of Northern Costa Rica. The Resort has 15 rooms, Restaurant, Spa with hot tub, swimming pool, and includes the owner´s home that is also available as rental house. We have an extensive garden with many kinds of tropical flowers and fruit trees, our own free-range chickens that lay fresh eggs everyday, and we just started our own organic vegetables garden. Our small working family involves 11 persons and most of them live in the property.
We are 24 km away from the small city of La Fortuna where you can find Post office, pharmacies, doctors and several stores, bars and restaurants. The little village El Castillo is located 1,6 km down the hill from our location and there are several restaurants, one bar, a school, churches, supermarket, a soccer field and more.

They will get in touch with nature and be able to learn and perfection a new language, learn new skills in Hotel Management and Organic farming. Also Gordon is a license civil engineer that is willing to share all his knowledge with those who ara afine with the career.
We are looking for people available for 2 months minimum. The volunteer work will include: Gardening and grounds maintenance. Attending the B&B reception, check in guests and provide general information of the area. Guest rooms cleaning. General maintenance and construction, also some marketing, web design and ads run will be a huge plus!

- Each volunteer will get an individual Studio with private bathroom and hot water.
- We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
- Also you will have access to the hotel facilities like Wi-Fi, pools, hot tubs, shuffle board table, workout machines and restaurant, laundry and others.
There is transportation back and forth from La Fortuna city everyday,
