Beschreibung
Our very small farm, acutally a garden, is right in the middle of the Mindeltal. We grow there old varieties of vegetables, potatoes, herbs and some trees and berry bushes.
We have 2 goats, 2 ducks, about 10 chickens and 4 cats. For cat-allergic people: our cats live in the house, too.
If you will stay only a week or less, you are welcome too.
We are always looking for people, they can take care by themselves of our garden and the animals, so we can leave for a couple of days to visit our grandchildren in the north of Bavaria.

You can see, how to grow herbs and vegetables and how to use it. We like cooking and can show you how to cook some bavarian specials, and of course we prepare meals with the veggies we harvested from our garden. You can learn how to make salves with the herbs we have or making soap.
Arbeit
help in our garden and with the animals (simple tasks like feeding the animals, cleaning the goats pen and henhouse, harvest fruits and vegetable); gardencare. The chores depend on the weather. We have some renovation projects indoor, like painting too.
Sometimes we are going to visit our grandchildren in northern Bavaria or we will go for a few days for holiday. If we need a housesitter and catsitter, than you should take care of our animals and the garden.

We are Non-Smoker. Some words about the food. We have goats, chickens and lots of vegetables and fruits in our garden. Our meals are simple but fresh. We use what we have. Vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk, cheese und sometimes meet.
Next train station is Pfaffenhausen (2 km), we will pick you up from there.
