  Beschreibung

  We are a sitio (farm) located in the wild near the town of Glorinha. We've been here for 13 years and we had a lot of people and a lot of changes, but always focusing on preserving the nature and tranquility of people around us. The farm doesn't actually fall into the definition of a farm, it is more of a natural reserve. We have a beautiful pousada (rural hotel) , a camping site with all commodities, beautiful trails to explore, points to experience beautiful sunsets and sunrises, twenty hectares of forest and beautiful cachoeras (waterfalls).
  About what we do --- We host people all over the year and make seasonal events which include yoga retreats, language immersions, bird sightings, trails into the forest, kids camps and we make events during traditional holidays (new years, christmas, etc) with a non-traditional and new approach.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  Workawayers can spot and learn about many birds that are local in the area. You can also have the opportunity to learn and practice portuguese, meet new people and learn about the local lifestyle.
  Learn about bioconstruction and the practice of permaculture that we are implementing in the farm.

  Arbeit

  We have some projects going on, like events and permacultural forest management and since we receive people , we have always have little maintenance to fulfill. Some ways that you can help us is in gardening, greenhouse keeping, painting jobs.
  Also we are very much open to new ideas and creativities which could in any shape and form. During times in which we organize events, you can help us with anything, you can propose workshops to share your skills (for example- yoga, art, music, language ,etc etc)

  Unterkunft

  Camping grounds with all facilities.
  We advise you to bring a tent. If not, we can provide tents, mattress and bedding from our facility.
  
  During days of events, you will be provided meals, (breakfast and lunch). Dinners are collectively cooked by participants.
  During normal days, we will provide you with all the kitchen amenities. You have the option to buy and cook your own food or do the same thing collectively with other people and share the costs accordingly.

  The farm is located in a rural areas, so we can offer to pick you up provided we share the gasoline( around 20 reais).
