  This is a restored 1930s heritage villa on a full acre in Skiathos Town, surrounded by mature fruit trees, a producing vineyard, and a working food garden. We operate year-round as a living cultural estate — international artist residencies, a classical music residency with a 15-piece orchestra from Salzburg's Mozarteum University, exhibitions developed in collaboration with the Benaki Museum in Athens, and community events rooted in the island's ancient network of walking paths. In summer, we host high-end guests and need a trusted collaborator to help us deliver that experience.
  
  We are a ten minute walk from the airport, ten minutes from the sea, and fifteen minutes from the old town where you'll find bars, restaurants, and the heart of island life. The island's best supermarket is directly across the street. Beyond the property, Skiathos is the most lush Greek island — dense pine forests, 36 beaches, and hundreds of kilometers of walking paths leading to quiet, white sand coves.

  We are deeply embedded in the local Greek and international arts community. Depending on when you arrive, you may overlap with visiting artists, musicians, or cultural events happening on the property. Our co-founder Vasili cooks seriously and is happy to share — Greek cuisine, foraging, spearfishing, hiking the island's historic trail network. Skills in our orbit at any given moment include Greek language, traditional cooking, natural winemaking, and more. What you bring matters too.

  Arbeit

  In summer (June–August), our primary need is turnover support: cleaning guest rooms and common spaces, changing linens, keeping the villa in the condition our guests expect. Roughly 3 hours of structured work in the morning (10AM–1PM), plus up to 3 flexible hours as needed. Five days a week. The help is real but not heavy. By early afternoon, your time is your own. We're looking for someone with energy, follow-through, and genuine pride in doing things properly. Hospitality experience is a plus but not required — trainability is what matters. We're also interested in building a longer-term relationship, so if you're drawn to what we're building here beyond the summer, say so.

  Unterkunft

  A private room in the on-site bunkhouse — the space will be yours alone, with 8 comfortable bunk beds, AC, and good mattresses. You'll have dedicated shower and bathroom facilities separate from the guest areas. It's a shared setup in the sense that the property is active and social, but your privacy is respected.
  
  Pay is €800/month. Meals aren't formally included, but Vasili cooks daily and you'll eat well.

  Free time starts around 3PM — on an island with 36 beaches, 100km of walking paths, a thriving local scene, and direct budget flights from across Europe in season. This place is becoming the cultural hub of Skiathos. Events, music, dinners, and interesting people pass through constantly. Minimum commitment is June through August; September is flexible.
