My husband and I moved from Ireland to Denia in 2016 and we are loving life in this gorgeous town by the sea with our 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Our house is five minutes from the beach which stretches for miles. We love our beach life here with a range of outdoor activities at our doorstep. We enjoy cycling, hiking, yoga, dance, tai chi, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and enjoying the swimming pools in the garden during the summer months.

You will have the opportunity to stay in a really beautiful location by the sea. The house is modern with swimming pools in the beautiful shared gardens. You will learn lots about kids and we love learning any new skills you wish to share. The work is not difficult and you will have time to explore the Costa Blanca. There is lots to see in Denia itself and you can spend weekends exploring Valencia and Alicante along with other beautiful towns nearby.

Arbeit
We are looking for independent Workawayers for autumn 2024. Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and is happy to help around the house with cooking and tidy ups. In terms of cooking, being able to comfortably follow recipes is enough. We love to get up early and embrace the day, so someone with this type of attitude would be a great fit. We love a healthy outdoor type of life and enjoy cooking healthy food, so someone with these interests would be ideal. Please note we try to eat as healthy as possible, we try to avoid both processed foods and white sugar, we buy local organic produce when we can. (Please note we don't eat gluten at home) Someone who is independent of their mobile phone would be a good fit as we avoid using screens around the kids, they have a lifetime of screens ahead of them! The help needed is usually 4-5 hours a day.

Denia is a great place if you like the outdoors, you have the sea and the mountain at your doorstep. You can get the bus to Valencia or a Alicante or nearby towns. We are an hours drive from both Alicante & Valencia aiports.
