  Beschreibung

  I live in an old stone farm in the middle of the Lauragais hills, at the foot of the Pyrenees, with my two children. My house is not very big but it is warm. We have an ecological lifestyle, close to nature.
  
  I have around forty Angora goats (which produce Mohair wool), horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles... We also grow some vegetables for our personal consumption.
  
  J' habite une vieille ferme en pierres au milieu des collines du Lauragais, au pieds des Pyrénées, avec mes deux enfants. Ma maison n'est pas très grande mais elle est chaleureuse. Nous avons un mode de vie écologique, proche de la nature.
  
  J'ai une quarantaine de chèvres angora (qui produisent de la laine Mohair), des chevaux, poules, chiens, chats, lapin, tortues... ( Je vends les créations réalisées avec la laine de mes chèvres dans ma boutique à la ferme). Nous cultivons aussi quelques légumes pour notre consommation personnelle.

  Arbeit

  I need help with the maintenance of the farm in general: keeping the spaces clean, setting up and maintaining the vegetable garden, making various repairs to the buildings, painting work, tidying up, bringing in wood for in winter, clearing brush, taking care of animals... And if you like cooking, your help will be welcome in preparing meals!
  
  Helpers will not be involved in the business part of the farm. They'll be welcome to join in and help out in our private homestead.
  
  J'ai besoin d'aide pour l'entretien de la ferme en général: garder les espaces propres, mettre en place et entretenir le potager, faire des réparations diverses sur les bâtiments, des travaux de peinture, de rangement, rentrer le bois pour l'hiver, débroussailler, s'occuper des animaux... Et si vous aimez cuisiner, votre aide sera la bienvenue pour la préparation des repas!
  
  L'aide ne sera pas pour la partie commerciale/ professionnelle, mais pour la partie privée de la ferme.

  Unterkunft

  You will be accommodated in a large round tent very close to the farm. I am planning to move into a space in a building for the future but I need help to set it up!
  
  The tent is comfortably furnished with a real bed, a carpet and an electrical outlet. So there is no heating, but we are in a region where it is rarely cold (there is always the possibility of sleeping in the house if the weather was really too bad).
  
  The toilets are dry toilets outside the house in a very clean place. You have access to the bathroom of the house. In the farm we have a living room with the kitchen opening onto a small living room.
  
  I like things to be tidy and clean, inside and out. We go to bed quite early in the evening.

  Vous serez logé dans un bâtiment en pierres à quelques mètres de la ferme, aménagé simplement mais propre.
  Les toilettes sont des toilettes sèches à l'extérieur de la maison.
  Vous avez accès à la salle de bain de la maison.
  Dans la ferme nous avons un pièce à vivre avec la cuisine ouverte sur un petit salon.
  
  J'aime que les choses soient rangées et propres, dedans et à l'extérieur. Nous nous couchons assez tôt le soir.

  We are 1 hour from Toulouse, around 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from the mountains (Pyrenees) and 1h30 from the Mediterranean Sea, by car.
  
  There is the Ganguise lake 15 km away where you can swim and go sailing, there is also the river 7 km away.
  The nearest village with shops is 9 km away. You can take walks in the area, bikes are available.
  
  Nous sommes à 1h de Toulouse, 1h environ de Carcassonne, 1h de la montagne (Pyrénées) et 1h30 de la mer méditerranée, en voiture.
  
  IL y a le lac de la Ganguise à 15 km ou l'on peut se baigner et faire de la voile, il y a aussi la rivière à 7 km (baignade, canoé).
  Le village le plus proche avec des commerces est à 9 km.
  
  Vous pouvez faire des promenades dans le coin, des vélos sont à disposition.
